Always on time and good stuff
For year now I’ve tried to buy the right bra that didn’t dig into me or the straps uncomfortable or the cup to baggy or a T-shirt bra without the padding well I found these bra they are fantastic the best I’ve every worn soooo comfortable fit properly great support four hooks ,no padding fabulous thank you
The products arrived on time and the ordering process was quite easy. Unfortunately one of the quite expensive t-shirts I ordered arrived with a hole in it. A couple of the tops had quite a low quality material which was very stretchy and had marks on them. The returns process was easy to follow however.
The ordering process is easy and delivery is always on time. Will be using again

Ordered a fridge freezer was given a delivery date for a few days later. Didn't have a call from the delivery people so contacted curvissa who told me to be patient that it would be delivered on the given date. Waited in all day and nothing came. Was then contacted by the delivery people who gave me a date for the following week. And they rang and cancelled saying it would be at least another week. I asked them to cancel the item but they managed to find a delivery spot available 4 days after the second date. It did arrive that day in the given time slot and by nice delivery people.
Great service quick delivery but on this purchase its failed so sending back to which lm sure the refund will be speedy into my account sad as the same purchase last year was great just a one off l suppose.
The delivery is professional and on time
I don't have a problem with curvissa at all never have. Always been very help full. But ordered a pair of shoes with a discount code which was to small from freemans. Customer service was not help full in any way at all. Asked if I could swap them for a bigger size and use the same discount. Was told I couldn't but if I opened a account with freeman's I would get a code for 20 % off. Didn't want to open a account. So didn't bother ordering them from them . Got them of a different site with a better discount.
Returning items is not as easy . Waited in all day Saturday for collection for everi not to collect . To then take it to a shop for collection for the staff to refuse it because of the arcade not scanning. Have booked another collection tomorrow.

The bras didn't fit. It happens. You get 1 star because after 2 requests, I'm still waiting for a courier to pick up my returns. This happens all the time with Curvissa and its not good enough. Please ensure a courier comes to collect my package asap

I’ve been buying from Curvissa for more years than I care to think about and have been pleased with the items bought over the years. I do find some things a bit pricey but I only hold on to them if I love them. At the moment Freeman’s postage is free - I like that very much! 😊 There was a mix up with my latest order where I received a pair of high heels instead of a wine coloured t-shirt, so I hope to receive the actual t-shirt soon 🤞🏼
