We brought a sofa with the Ash Vale store, Nicole the sales lady was very helpful. We had a hiccup and this was sorted promptly by Kent. Lovely sofa really comfortable.
I visited the Darlings of Chelsea showroom and it was a great atmosphere. Staff were really polite and helpful especially Keno. Weighing my options at the moment but Darlings is heavy favourite
BEWARE !! Very disappointed with my 2 Battersea 3 seater sofas! Having not even reached a year since delivery.. sofa 1 has been stripped to its bare bones multiple times to rectify manufacturing faults! Sofa 2 has had the same issues and now the frame has split in the middle! Furthermore sofa 2 has dropped by 3 inches in comparison to the identical other! Customer care is happy to keep sending a technician to strip the sofa to its bare bones on each occasion. Any other reputable company would have suggested a replacement at the very least. I have suggested reporting this to the Ombudsman only to be told that I should proceed by the Customer Service Manager! Despite my email saying I shall wait for her to read the latest report!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Darlings of Chelsea and especially Mo. From my initial inquiry to delivery their customer service has been exceptional! Mo has been absolutely amazing to deal with throughout. He spent time on the phone and by email checking and rechecking the measurements and the set up of the sofa bed we ordered. He also sent us colour swatches before he confirmed the order for us so we could double check our colour choice and he was right as we changed our mind on the colour after receiving the swatches! Delivery was made ahead of schedule and the quality of the sofa is fantastic. We are so so happy with it and definitely made the right choice in ordering from Darlings of Chelsea. Thank you!

The sofa is excellent, but the experience before getting it was truly nerve-wracking.
Excellent and prompt customer service! Unfortunately one of the wooden legs on my sofa split. I reported this to the store on Thursday morning, 2 hours later I had been contacted by customer service and a replacement leg had been ordered. I was blown away when it arrived in the post the very next day! From reporting it to receiving the new leg, in less than 24 hours. Yes, the sofas are pricey, but if you can back that price up with excellent customer service, then I'll be a repeat customer for life! Highly recommend!

Product perfect, communications excellent. The problem occurred after order completion at which a specific delivery slot had been requested and verbally agreed. Post order we were contacted by the delivery company to say the items were ready for delivery and if not delivered by a date before our original requirement then the storage charge was £50 per week. This was challenged with the selling store in Solihull who checked the order said we had not specified a date and then tried to hide behind the contract detail. Verbal agreement was then given by the store that any charges would be waived, after which it became apparent no conversation had taken place by the store with the delivery company. This was the point at which we committed to their date which created great inconvenience by having to work around delivered goods while work was taking place. The arrogant attitude of the store manager was breath taking. Moral is get a confirmed delivery date on any order you place. Judging by other online feedback post sale customer service is not of the required standard. Ex Service Manager.

I found the upholstery on the arms of the chesterfield style sofa bed to be too loose. The buttoning along the back of the sofa has tightly finished pocketing of the material, yet along the arms it seems to be looser. The edges of the padding beneath the velvet appear to have harsh edges, not the rounded shape to be expected on this style of upholstery. I had expected more, especially considering the price tag.
