I purchased the regular Vancouver. The shipping was quick from UK to US with helpful updates throughout. The bag was exquisitely packaged and a treat to open. The bag is high quality. The strap began softening up immediately showing quality leather. The bag is deceptively roomy. I had no issues fitting everything with a smaller wallet, even two phones. The hard wear is thick and sturdy. I would love to see some choices in sliver.

Wieder sehr zufrieden gewesen! Ich hatte mir jetzt zum zweiten Mal eine Tasche bestellt. Die New York Midi, leider war sie mir als Top Handle dann doch zu schwer und unpraktisch. Daher habe ich sie retourniert. Hat alles einwandfrei geklappt und Rückerstattung ging auch schnell. Zur Tasche: Qualität aber top und ist in einem top Zustand, früher als angekündigt angekommen. Ich fand sie sehr schön, nur nicht das Richtige für mich. Kann die Marke weiterempfehlen! Vertrauenswürdig.
I've got Vancouver bag in smooth navy colour and I love it. It's a beautiful classy bag, very well made. The shipping was fast, but since I live in EU, it was hold by customs for 3 days for clearance. Everything was handled by carrier company, they just asked for some documents as described on the web. I'm happy with my purchase and eyeing more DeMellier bags 🙂

Great quality of handbags, delivery time as described in website with daily updates to email. Bought the Vancouver bag in olive green (great for travel + leather resists really good) and the Nano Montreal in taupe smooth (small bag that fits everything you need for a night out + accentuates your outfit), both exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

I was very upset to get multiple scratches after the first 2 days of using. Very sensitive surface ( “metal” part of the Vancouver). Shape, color and size are perfect, however I can hardly use it before I somehow fix the metal surface. If it is impossible to fix such a surface, then I spent too much money to use it twice. Huge disappointment:(
I bought the Vancouver, I expected it'd be bigger than it is, but I still love that it's sturdy, the strap's too. It fits my need for a long wallet, a bulky mobile phone, 1 lip balm, and 1 hand sanitizer.
