Ho già acquistato 3 paia di scarpe DIS, e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto. Qualità eccellente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Le scarpe sono costruite in modo esemplare fatte al 100% in pelle. Le calzature sono migliori di altri narchi molto più costosi e blasonati che ormai fanno pagare molto il prodotto solo per il proprio brand e non per la qualità!!
Ottimo prodotto di qualità! Spedizione veloce, prodotto come da descrizione. Ho approfittato di uno sconto per acquistare una scarpa con fibbia; il prodotto è conforme alla descrizione e la pelle è di qualità . Comprerò ancora da questo sito. Esperienza più che positiva.

Over-promise, under deliver. Over-priced in comparison to other custom-made shoes. Took much more than 10 days to arrive. Ordered on Black Friday and received in February the following year. I followed the measuring guidelines, and tried the shoes they sent for size, but still ended up with the wrong size, and no return policy. I tried to explain to customer service that the thickness of the sole plays a role in the fitting, but the words fell on deaf ears. No return policy. Regarding colors, I picked the colors based on the screen and ended up with shoes very different in color from what I ordered. The explanation, colors, can not be guaranteed. As friendly and professional as the staff have been, the policies are rigid, and the processes need to be reviewed based on customer experience, but that is not the case. I spent more than 500 euros on shoes that neither I nor anyone else will wear. Total waste of money and time and effort. I would certainly not recommend them until they update their return policy, update their measuring guidelines and process, and put the customer experience up front. They may not make money, or even lose money on the first pair of shoes, but they will for sure do on the next ten pairs. But it seems management does not have the interest of repeat or satisfied customers.

I am giving 5 star rating for the quality of the leather, craftsmanship, the delivery ( received in 10 days) and the customer service. In terms of the price, in my opinion it's reasonable.
Brilliant service throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Ordered on the 1st March and received on 24th, that was during the height of Italy's problems. Excellent communication. The quality of the shoes is exceptional and I am very pleased with them. The website forecast I'd need a size 7 (UK) but as my feet are broad I elected for 7.5. The shoes were tight at first as most new shoes are but gave after a very short while and are now very comfortable. There are not the cheapest but the quality justifies the price. Will definitely use again.
Ho atteso qualche mese per scrivere la recensione avendo ordinato 2 paia di scarpe e una cintura. Utilizzate le scarpe e cintura ,non essendo la prima volta che compro da loro, posso solo confermare la ottima fattezza e il materiale usato.. Non solo potete personalizzare le scarpe e le cinture, ma la qualita’/prezzo e’ ottima (spesso con sconti al 50% ),ottimo il servizio clienti e azienda seria. Comprate da loro, comprate made in italy, non vene pentirete.

Stamani mi sono arrivate le scarpe modello Roberta da me personalizzate. Devo fare un vero e proprio elogio a questa Azienda Italiana che non ha niente da invidiare ai marchi più rinomati. Le scarpe sono bellissime, qualità eccellente, cura dei particolari, comfort massimo. Che dire TOP!
La scarpa, che mi è arrivata a casa è un connubio di comodità, bellezza e stile! Altissimo livello dell'artigianato marchigiano a prezzi più che dimezzati rispetto alle grandi firme dell'alta moda!

Scarpe comodissime e perfettamente calzanti. DIS mi ha permesso di provare le scarpe finchè non abbiamo trovato la misura perfetta. Ho rischiato un pochino su un colore del cuoio difficile da capire tramite immagini online, ma alla fine il risultato è brillante. Produzione perfetta, consegna all'estero velocissima e ottimo servizio clienti. Più costoso della spesa a cui ero abituato, ma tornerò sicuramente a comprare altro con DIS. Consigliatissimo

Scarpe di qualità. Servizio scarpa di prova richiesto ma non fornito. Tempi di consegna non rispettati. Purtroppo le scarpe sono strette hanno provato ad allargare e a fare modifiche senza successo. Questo è stato causato dal non aver inviato, causa mancanza a magazzino, della scarpa di prova. Ad oggi ho speso 360€ ma non ho le mie scarpe comode.
