I had an item missing from my box. They solved my issue in an extremely timely manner. They promptly sent me the product again and for free. I would recommend them.
Love them. They have no idea the impact for relief from chronic pain at night so I can sleep more than 1&1/2 hours at a time.

UPDATE 2: After declining to take down this review in exchange for âspecial giftsâ and updating the review accordingly, I found that my Diamond CBD account was blocked. I guess thatâs the consequence of giving âvaluable feedback.â UPDATE 1: The day after posting this review, I received a call from someone at Diamond CBD who said she was following up on the mixup on my order, which was placed over a month ago. I was told that my feedback was valuable and she mentioned it to the management team. I was also offered a box of special gifts *IF* I took this review down. I said I wouldnât, because everything in it is true, and a gift wouldnât change that. She told me they are âworking onâ fixing their order fulfillment. She also said after I place my next order I should call them and request that there be no substitutions without my authorization. I asked why they donât just do that automatically, and was told âunfortunately they canât.â So hereâs a pro tip if youâre going to try ordering from Diamond CBD: if you want to get what you paid for, make sure to call and request that. Otherwise itâs dealerâs choice until they figure out how to handle basic inventory management and order fulfillment, and added trouble if you donât like what they pick for you. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Their products seem decent (Iâm not an expert), but an item in my first order was out of stock, and they filled it with something else, calling it an âupgrade,â but without asking me first if I was okay with it. I selected my order carefully, and the item they sent was from a different category, so it was kind of like calling an apple an upgrade from an orange. Besides, I had already ordered a product from that other category, and I didnât want two because the whole point was to try different kinds. Then I was told Iâd have to send it back to get refunded, but they shouldnât have spent my money on something I didnât want enough to order in the first place. The whole experience was very annoying, and resulted in days of back and forth emails. In the end I couldnât return the product because my sister opened the container, so I was stuck with it and gave it to her. The *only* saving grace of the whole experience was a customer service rep named Priscila, who went out of her way multiple times to help me. Because of her, I decided to risk another order to get the product I wanted, but I emailed her immediately after to make sure everything would be sent correctly. She looked into it and found that the warehouse team was *AGAIN* packing random âalternativeâ items in it, so she paused the order and only released it when they confirmed that everything was in stock and would be filled properly. She kept me updated throughout the process, but she shouldnât have had to do that, and I shouldnât have had to ask for it! I donât know how Diamond CBD can consider that good business. If youâre willing to gamble on ordering from them, I hope you receive something youâre happy with, because it might not be what you paid for. I find it too annoying to deal with them when there are so many âalternativeâ companies out there.
Great customer service and products. Diamond CBD provides excellent customer service. So far, all of the products I've received have been really good. They package everything nicely. If problems arise with an order, they don't drag their feet in resolving the situation. I plan to do business with them for the long haul.
I love Diamond CBD! I have tested all kinds of gummies and Diamond is one of the best. I had one issue with the company and a representative from the company rectified the issue swiftly. I am happy and the products take care of my anxiety and I sleep so good now. Keep up the good work
Before my last order it would have been 5 stars. Customer for over a year with nearly monthly orders. Great product. My usual order last month arrived 16 gummies short of a 50 count. Jar was sealed when it arrived so not sure how this happened, prob not their fault/packaging snafu I guess. Just passed it off, used most of the jar, longer I thought about it decided to complain. Have received little support from customer service, making me feel as though they think I'm not telling the truth. Demanding pictures and at 75 yrs old and low tech, I have no way of taking pictures. The jar is almost empty now so picts wouldn't reveal anything. It is now 2 days after my review and Diamond customer service has reached out to me and offered to send me a free jar for my inconvenience. These reviews do make a difference and sometimes it helps to talk to a different company representative.

This company has by far the best customer service! I was having trouble picking out the right product for me I suffer from back pain and I was interested in gummies and cbd cream, and one of the customer service reps was able to direct me to the right products. S&H was a smooth process I received my products in a timely manner. I am pleased with the results after using the products I purchased! DiamondCBD will be my new go to for all my CBD needs!
