I ordered a jumper that was €60, thought it was expensive but I loved the colour and shape. As a postpartum mum I ordered a size bigger and when I got it, I thought it was a snug fit and must be small sizing. I wore it but felt uncomfortable only to realise when I took it off that they had sent me a jumper TWO sizes smaller than what I ordered. I reached out to customer service they told me it was up to me to make sure what i ordered was correct. I don't think it should be up to the customer to ensure they have done their job right, so disappointed they didn't offer anything for their mistake. Awful customer service! Out the money and don't feel comfortable wearing the jumper so have nothing to show for it.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE

Ordered a jacket from Diesel for Christmas. I had to return it and used Ann post through Diesel to return it. Ann post collected my order (this was arranged by Diesel) on the 15th of December and I never heard again from them. I contacted Diesel to check on my refund and the agent took weeks to inform me that they had received a different package. Post man mixed up the order but Diesel never got in touch with me to inform me what they received with my name label on it or to try to send me the wrong package back or anything. They are just keeping the wrong package sent and refuse to contact ann post. I got in touch with ann post and they said Diesel has to contact them to open an investigation as the return service is a free service arranged by Diesel. NO ONE will help me. Im at lost after buying an expensive jacket. My jacket is lost somewhere, I will receive no refund and have stressed so much over this… absolutely ridiculous. That’s why I don’t order anything that does not come from Amazon. I will have to take legal actions at this stage. Costumer service manager with Diesel should not be working as a Costumer services agent or manager. It took me many emails and asking same questions again for her to inform what they would do with they package they received with my name and to convince her to report to Ann post that the received the wrong package. Definitely a headache that I didn’t need. Nearly a month later, still no solution for my case and Ann Post keeps saying Diesel has to contact them to investigate and update me

Pathetic store experience

Hi, I have purchased multiple stuff (jeans, caps, hoodies) from diesel and never had this pathetic customer experience. This was first ever worst store experience. I purchased winter caps in 3 for 2 deal. I have washed them normally at 30 degrees and still they worn out after the first wash. This is not the first time I made the purchase or using the similar caps. I need the refund for my purchase , being a customer I can't afford to buy useless stuff for 35 euros and with such ignorant experiences. My sale purchase id is : 140256158, purchased at Dundalk, Ireland.

I bought jacket on 23.12 for someone…

Blanchardstown Shopping centre - Diesel. I bought jacket on 23.12 for someone like a Christmas gift. I asked to the lady who sold the jacket - "is it possible to change it if it will be too small?" She said:" Absolutely no problem." So I went today to change it because of the size (just to take the same jacket but one size bigger) and the man was quite rude - "We are not exchanging anything today, it is our busiest day. And it's actually written on receipt." I was shocked honestly of the attitude and Ieft but I should tell him - Common I am still your customer. I'm not reading receipts and the lady said that there is no problem to exchange it. Very bad experience on this Christmas. 😔

Update in reply to their response: NO IT IS NOT AN UNFAIR, YOU SENT THE WRONG JEANS AND WITH SO LITTLE TIME TO SPARW AS THEY WERE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT I DID NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO RETURN AND WAIT WEEKS FOR THE CORRECT PAIR!! I DROVE AN HOUR TO NEAREST SHOP WHERE THEY HAD LITTLE STOCK AND OFFERED ONLY A REFUND WITH NO APOLOGY AFTER THE INCONVENIENCE CAISED TO ME, I PAID FOR DIESEL TO DRIVE TO SHOP AND CAISED ME A HEADACHE THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS Don’t give yourself a headache with their terrible customer service. Ordered jeans for Xmas they sent me the wrong jeans. Drove to nearest shop an hour away to change them and they had no stock of the jeans I wanted or the jeans I was sent and gave me a refund. It cost me money to drive to shop and back, they would cover cost of postage if I had of returned by post but yet they would offer nothing as an apology for the stress they caused me and cost incurred to drive to and from shop because of their mistake. Was a customer for years but will never go buy again

Ordered a jumper and they took the money out of my bank account straight away which is fine if I was getting the product. I got a confirmation email to say the ordered is confirmed. Got an email 48 hours later to say the jumper was out of stock see email below: "Unfortunately, we no longer have the shawn sweatshirt-pink-medium available due to a stocking error in our warehouse. As our way of apology, we would like to offer you the chance to choose an alternative item from the same category. Simply reply to this email with the name of the item and size you wish for in replacement. Alternatively, we can issue you with a refund for this item. " I dont see anyway of apology in this email?? I work in logistics and understand everyone makes mistakes but they didn't even bother to rectify it. I replied to the email and they emailed back to say my refund had been processed I didn't even ask for a refund or have the chance to order another item. Customer service is 0. Definitely wont be using this company again.
