I never had any problems, but last time my order arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service and described my problem, a solution suggestion came immediately from customer service and we were able to clarify the problem quickly! Very clear recommendation, even if you have a problem, we took care of it very quickly and easily!

Customer service is great, support is very friendly and respond as fast as they can. FedEx delivered me damaged goods (damaged in shipping, not Displate's fault) and Displate offered to ship me another one free of charge. Looking forward to shopping with them more, however I would like to see a little bit stronger packaging like thicker boxes and packing foam. Would happily pay a little extra for that. 4/5 stars

FedEX destroyed the first shipment they sent. I contacted Displate's customer service, and before I could even wake up, they responded. EXTREMELY fast customer service and response! Was surprised and happy at that. They asked for pictures of the damages, so I obliged. After that, They told me I didn't need to return the damaged product. My replacement was shortly shipped out in perfect condition. The print quality is really good, and the poster is sturdy. It was very easy to install, and I love how it's super-easy to adjust. I was skeptical about it since that's how I am with sponsored products, but I can vouch that their products are fantastic. I'll definitely be a return customer in the future. The artwork is always of fantastic quality, and the customer service is top tier. I accidentally wiped my plates off with alcohol wipes and ruined two of my pieces, I asked if there was anything they could do and they sent me to replacements immediately. I did not expect that level of service, but it was truly appreciated.

I placed an order with then for one picture not was changed £173 and the discount that applied was not on there, Please be very careful from ordering from this supplier as you have to pay return costs and even and they are not based in the UK so it’s going to be expensive. My advice stay away as was ripped off Once displate contacted im very happy to say customer service were excellent and they resolved my issue, it was quick and easy. If anything worth talking to them if there is an issue
The displate I ordered was beautiful, but it arrived bent. Once I reached out to customer service, they said they would send me a new one free of charge. I was so excited until I got the second one in the mail and that one was also bent. I'm not sure what happened during transit, but I wish it was packaged better initially. Rather than asking for yet another replacement and risking the same issues again, I let customer service know what happened and they offerered me a full refund. I'm deducting 1 star for packaging, but the customer service was over the top. Thank you for everything you did to try and help remedy the situation. But please figure out a way to pack these better to avoid bending in transit. The displates are too amazing to be so easily damaged.

I love the product so subscribed to the Displate Club. Thought, may as well, will get a new displate every year without it feeling like a cost. Never ended up redeeming anything after 3 years because I must have lost the emails with the vouchers. Customer service were great and super quick with responses and helped me get the vouchers back so will definitely be remaining a member.

Quality product, and responsive after-sales service. I had a problem with the carrier (delivery to an address different from the one requested), the displate after-sales service was of great help in finding out where the package had been delivered (even though the carrier did not help me) .
