Exceptional customer service. I had an extremely positive experience. Royal Mail messed up and they were very quick, helpful and supportive. Product is great, super cute packaging heat colours. Will definitely recommend further
Brilliant Customer Service. In common with other reviews here, my experience of the customer service was excellent. Not only that but the products are brilliant too. We often have guests and drying beach towels was difficult and expensive. These dry in no time and look good as well.
Couldn't praise Dock and Bay more highly. Their towels are just the best, but on top of that the customer service is next level. There was a mistake with a personalised towel, which was a wedding gift. There was not much time at all to get a new one sent over, but they sent a new one, for free, with priority posting, and kept me up to date all throughout the process. The lady was so friendly and really supportive when I was stressing out about not having a gift in time. Thanks so much!
Used this towel once on the beach and the towel is covered in sand stains which won’t wash out, so unfit for purpose. I would not recommend this product. There are cheaper alternatives on Amazon.
The website was really easy to navigate, and I chose my towels very quickly. The payment was easy to make, then my new towels turned up in a couple of days, wow speedy!!! I followed the instructions and washed them a couple of times first (no conditioner) and they are now being used daily and saving me £££ in drying costs!! I highly recommend Dock & Bay towels!
I ordered a beach towel and head wrap on next day delivery for £5. Items arrived but received a hand towel instead of a beach towel. So I ordered again another beach towel assuming it was my mistake and paid £5 delivery again. Yet again I was sent a hand towel instead of a beach towel. So I am returning both items and have had to pay another £5 return postage. So it has cost me £15 in postage and haven't even received a correct item !! Very disappointed with this purchase.
Emma has been incredibly helpful with her response to my queries regarding buying some more towels from Dock & Bay. I already own some Beach Towels from them and love the quality of them. I am now interested in buying some Bath Towels. Emma has been professional, friendly, efficient and given me some great details on the options available for what I am looking for. Absolutely great Customer Service.
These arrived and I must admit I was suprised as I was expecting normal 'fluffy' style towels and these are like sheets. However, they really are fantastic and worth every penny. I went for the large size and they comfortably cover a sun lounger. They don't pick up sand and they dry so fast. As a family of 4, beach towels always take up so much room in our cases and the fact these are so compact and light was the big selling point for me. It is also nice not to be walking to the beach or pool with an enormous bag full of towels! Love these, they are a game changer!

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Towel on standard delivery was dispatched same day, clear email updates and tracking. Arrived so quickly. I had an imperfection on the first delivery but I’ve never had a company reply so quickly and made the resolution so stress free. I have my new pristine towel 48 hours later. Dealing with them via email was great, they’re personable and have fun in their communication. Very happy with the product (unused so far as it’s for an upcoming holiday but I have it on good recommendation that it’s great!) going to be a great size to pack and take out on my travels.
These items are sold as towels but the material is more like bed linen. It's not particularly comfortable or pleasant to lay on. I'd think twice before making a purchase as they're not cheap either.
I absolutely love Dock & Bay. Great quality products that are a lifesaver when travelling or lugging stuff to the beach/pool, we’ve taken our towels all around the world. Have now bought the whole family ponchos and I’m eyeing up the picnic blankets next. Had an issue with my recent order (my fault, ordered wrong size) and customer support was brilliant and efficiently sorted it. Am a super fan of this brand!
I had a slight issue with my order emailed and waited for reply and the next day received a response to which I responded and then received a humourus email with emoji's to say that after reading my first email, they had not realised that I had only taken delivery of the order that day, and they would endeavour to put the problem right. I was made an offer of replacement which I accepted. I then received another fantastic email again with the emoji's (which made the experience feel they care regarding customer service) to say replacement had been sent and would be checked to see it would be perfect prior to being posted. Overall I am very happy with the company and the service provided. I highly recommend the products which are of the highest quality. A big Thanks to Emma, Gabriella and Eric (assets to Dock and Bay) 👍🙂
Recently purchased the everyday tote bag (unicorn waves) and large quick dry towel (navy) with personalisation. The towel is 5*s for me. I’ve taken it to the outdoor pool; it’s so handy to pack and definitely lives up to the quick dry claim. Love it! I’m also really pleased with the bag, which folds up really small for packing, the colours are so summery, and there are a couple of handy pockets inside for water bottle, etc. The reason I’ve dropped the review to 4* is because the bag lacks any structural integrity, and the photo of it that I’d seen on Instagram made it look like it had a more definite, structured shape. Overall, though, love these products and would purchase more of the towels.
Easy website to navigate, prompt postage an delivery of lovely looking item. Had a slight issue with the item but the customer service team are amazing - quick to respond, efficient and funny! Would definitely order from here again.
I absolutely love all the various towels, hair wraps, cleansing pads etc. I have purchased over the years. I gift them, recommend them to friends who also purchase them and everyone one absolutely loves them.
Just received my first purchase of 2 x XL beach towels for my upcoming holiday. Super fast delivery, packaged beautifully and I absolutely ADORE the designs I have gone with (Summer Dusk to Dawn and Go Wild Groovy Dunes). Can't believe how much space I'll be saving in my suitcase and beach bag yet they are the largest towels I've ever owned. Took advantage of the welcome offer too so saved 10% which was much appreciated. Overrall far more than I'd usually pay for towels however based on all the amazing reviews I couldn't resist and I can already tell that I'll use these for years to come. I expect ill be back again soon when buying towels for the house 🙂 thank you!
What a wonderful company! I recently purchased 2 towels and unfortunately they were never received, all due to Royal Mail, nothing to do with Dock & Bay. I reached out to the team and they immediately sorted the issue for me, making me feel extremely valued as a customer! Their support was second to none and something you really don't see from many companies any more. Highly recommend them to anyone!
