My customer service resprentative was so sweet and was able to help me with my issue with no problems! I really appreciated how fast she got back to me and helped work with me to the very end.:)
Poor quality clothing, but that would honestly be fine if not for their horrendous way of handling returns. I asked for a return and found out that they accept returns, but only offer store credit rather than any actual refund. That felt scummy just because nowhere on their return page does it actually say that "full refund" actually means "refund for in-store credit". Not even a refund for reasons such as damaged goods, which was my case. So ok, fine, I'll just get the store credit-- I mail my item back and I get email confirmation that they got it and will email me my gift card code. Did I get that email? No! Nothing for 2 days! Ultimately, I am still waiting for their response since I've opened a claim, and I'm expecting to wait a couple days since it's not during the work week now. It's just irritating from poor shipping quality (sent me a dress in a bag, which would be fine if the package weren't thin and ripped during shipping, and the hanger didn't snap in half, leaving my dress a bundled mess).
Cute clothes HORRIBLE ETHICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I accidentally processed my order twice, like literally it’s the same exact order and it got sent out to two different addresses. I didn’t realize the first order was processed until I checked my account. I messaged their team on the SAME day it was processed (only hours later) and they basically told me I’m screwed if I can’t physically go and retrieve the first package I accidentally sent out to my old address. After tracking my sh****t down for days I finally got the first whole unopened package back but now IM NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN IT IN ENTIRETY BECAUSE THERES SOME FINAL SALE ITEMS IN IT HAHAHAHHA. W t f this was literally a whole scam to take my money, what a way to retain your customers and uphold your reputation. Austin you can fully suck my a$$. There’s cuter more ethical stores out there. Stay away from this place.

This company is a nightmare 😫 ordered some trainers which have been stuck on "we've got it" on Evri for over a week now. Delivery is late and Evri have said parcel is likely lost and I need to contact dolls kill. They just lie and send you emails like "hope you luvv your order babe xoxo makes me want to vomit. Apparently this company don't offer refunds either which means if it isn't returned due to no fault of my own I won't get money back I'm fuming.
DO NOT BUY HERE. SCAMMERS I looked at 2 dresses, put them in the cart. Ok , so then I try the discount code but surprise it doesn’t work and yet it sent me right through to purchasing the dresses. I was super fast at backing out of that screen but still I get charged. I go through the cancel tab but gee, it doesn’t let you cancel on an order that is processing. ?? Whatthehe!! ?? I contacted customer service and tell them to either cancel or give me the discount at least. ‘Sorry’ they can’t cancel but will happily price match . The trick is , I got to wait till it arrives then contact them again to ask for the discount..at that point , if I accept the price match, I have to take a gift card not a deduction in price and can’t return them. No I say , I want the refund sent back to my credit card. No, they only give gift cards. I ask them to cancel the gd order now(!) as it hasn’t shipped. Next email I get 5 min later is a shipping notification!! I explain what had happened, I didn’t purchase the dresses I only input a code but the code didn’t work and it charged me instead. I want a refund. ‘Oh sorry, when you receive the dresses, fill out a ton of stuff and pay shipping and maybe we’ll give you a gift card refund. Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. First and last time .

I ordered quite a few products from dolls kill for electric forest & honestly I am blown away by how wonderful they fit me. I don’t have the easiest body type & I usually have to order a lot of options and return things that fit me weird, but this time I didn’t return anything! Everything fit so beautiful and was the aesthetic I was looking for. I can’t wait to rock them in the forest 🥰 also customer service is super personable, answers quickly, and is very helpful!
They were SO HELPFUL and friendly!!! 🙂 I received an order with a damaged item and and a missing item, and they quickly and easily fixed the issue. They issued me a gift card. I am really very thankful for their great customer service. They even helped me find the gift card number when I couldn’t find it in my email! 🙂 Thank you so much.
i absolutely LOVE dollskill, i have been shopping with them for years!! i have yet to have a negative experience with them, the customer service is fantastic, the return policy is amazing and easy, and the clothes are EVERYTHING🤩 i also really like how interactive they are with their customers on social media, over all just a great brand 💕

Ordered for next day pickup for a last minute event and it was ready in time! Needed a friend to pick up the order for me so I sent their info to the customer service line and they let her pick it up!

Okay so look this store is rad. You want to feel like a gothic pimp? This is the place. Do you want old white ladies to slowly back away from you in fear? This is the place. Do you want people to wonder if you have a murder basement at your house? This is the place. The clothes are fab and you feel fab in them. I bought a coat and I’m annoyed that the weather is getting warmer because I want to wear it. It’s tits yo. It makes me feel like the goddess herself smiled down on me and shone her light of approval. For those of us who grew up on Delia’s catalogs this is our next step. It’s okay. You don’t have to let go of that magic of a new pair of creepers or chain wallet. It’s here! In short- buy stuff here. Buy stuff that makes you feel wild. Buy stuff that makes you feel invincible. Get those super crazy platforms and wear them to parent teacher meetings. Get that leather dress and wear it to the store. Make. Them. Fear. You. Oh also customer service was awesome!
