First class service, ordered 19th fitted 21st, I must apologise for using Amazon in the past but I paid twice has much for using Amazon. Royal Mail were very good with emails and finding somewhere safe to store my goods due to being out.
I recently purchased from Door Furniture Direct and was thoroughly impressed by their service. The selection of door handles and ironmongery was vast and diverse, catering to every style I could imagine. Not only was the website easy to navigate, but my order arrived promptly, and the quality of the products was exceptional. I bought some knobs, at a good price. They sent me the wrong ones due to a packing error, but they dealt with it really well. I mailed them on a Sunday and got a reply the same day, and when I called on Monday they answered the phone, knew who I was, and had a perfect solution for me. They didn't even insist on receiving the wrong knobs back first before sending the right ones out to me. I really appreciated all these things and would do all my shopping from small businesses like this if I could. And the correct knobs arrived today and they are perfect too.

Well when an item listed on their website has several pictures posted showing it as a certain colour, you expect to receive what's pictured (I don't see that as being unreasonable, right?). Sadly their customer service thought otherwise, becoming very adamant that the item was never in such a colour :O and failed to acknowledge the information their website listing portrays. A prepaid returns label was eventually provided with a refund following shortly afterward, so will give tiny credit for that. A simple apology would have been nice, but sadly they thought to be above that and therefore not a pleasant experience - shame!
Excellent company! I ordered some shelf brackets and they were gorgeoussss! But we decided not to do shelves in the kitchen so had to send them back as they were a bit pricey to keep for no reason and customer service was so helpful and kind. Thank you! Will keep the company in mind for future orders 🙂
I was recommended this website by a locksmith friend, found what I needed at a good price. there was a fault less than a year later and I informed the company who sent a speedy replacement FOC - very pleased with the service.
I'm sorry that just a few people have had to give poor reviews. I found the website very easy to navigate to find exactly what I needed (a brass lift up letterbox). The dimensions shown were spot on, I received a phone call same day as order to confirm the address and has the item delivered the next day. 24 hours from order to delivery - full marks to Door Furniture Direct and Parcelforce.
Found them very helpful needed to replace brass letterbox, new ones all metric sizes Nicky advised on nearest one to the size needed, with small amount of adjustments fitted well. Product arrived on time packed well and is a quality item. Many thanks
It's rather disappointing when you read 'bad' reviews which lean towards being banal and simply just a rant. I could not be happier with this company. I received a call from them to advise of a quantity issue and one of the items I had ordered was available in the same colour as all other items ordered but wasn't yet on the site, so was unknown. This proves that the business actually cares about the customer, to take notice of what had been ordered and advise of an alternative to match other products shows courtesy and to let me know is why I give this company the 5 stars. Others would have just sent out what was on the original order. I wish I had found this site prior to ordering other items elsewhere, as I would have ordered everything with them. They are that good and should the need arise, I will certainly make this my first choice for purchase. Very well packed, speedy delivery and a truly wonderful experience. Measured and ordered the right bathroom lock. completely different one arrived in the post. When I spoke to them they said they didn't have it anymore so sent me a different one?? Very bad customer service. All round waste of time, now have to try and send it back for a refund.
I read some negative reviews on here about delays and orders coming in multiple delivers, but at nearly £100 cheaper than anywhere else I took the plunge, and boy am I glad I did! I ordered 27 handles and was contacted after a few days to say they only had half and the rest would follow in a few weeks, I had expected this from the other reviews so wasn't disappointed and more than happy to wait. The rest followed as promised only 3 weeks later with no need for chasing. Lovely quality handles in our new kitchen - perfect!
Thank you for a very fast and efficient delivery. It was only 1 x 150mm square spindle for a latch gate but you got it picked, packed and despatched within an hour to catch the evening's post. Nice work.

We have ordered three times over the past two years from door furniture direct, to our home in France,the items knobs, rustic hinges etc, great, and customer service, JUST FANTASTIC, (a glass cabinet knob fell of after 2yrs, colour discontinued, but they found one from somewhere, posted it foc)
Was trying to order a fingerplate. When I tried to pay the basket jumped 3.25 from 16.25 to 19.50. I rang the 'help line' an incredibly un 'helpful' woman kept parroting that she needed the item number despite my explaining the problem which was the jump in price AVOID
