Hi , I purchased this mattress for the quality and hoped it would be the right one for my back. I’ve had 5 surgeries on my back and now lived with chronic back pain for several years. After many mattresses i thought this would be ok, but unfortunately it’s a bit too firm for me so would be grateful if you could recommend a alternative mattress which is a bit softer , so I could exchange this mattress. I look forward to your reply.
Double topper ordered on 1st April . Now 5th may and no sign of it with no update emails. Don’t order if you need it by a certain time( which I did)
Disgusting. Arrived with a 3 foot yellow urine? Stain ( as pictured) thick black mould in lots of places. A big dent. This "certified refurbished " mattress was clearly a good couple years old. Bought through their eBay shop and they've totally ignored me. The mould is horrendous. The smell, ungodly. The yellow stain appears to be bright yellow urine and 3 foot long. Absolutely horrendous. All this when we unzipped the relatively clean top cover. Black grubby marks throughout also. Please see pictures for proof. Trust pilot, please don't allow them to remove this. I am a genuine customer. Ebay item, from the dormeoshop. Item... 196040440551... delivery tacking. Arrow xl. 8A0300006034A087 im so pleased we checked under the cover the day it arrived. Also, very very very thin. Lay on it and your back hits the wooden bed slats below, and I'm only slim. Very poor item. These mattresses ( octa pro top of range) at 600 odd pounds are really poor. Please read and unzip your cover when it arrives! Don't risk sleeping on urine and mould! Photos available as proof, including a video to show and, screenshot of ebay purchase to stop dormeo hiding this review! Thank you
Made excuses for delivery company who wouldn't accommodate disabled customer. At Sales time everything was possible and they would help.
Had octasmart mattress for 3 years got issue with it and split in 3 places across memory foam and had to send photos for warranty and they got out of it by saying read the small print very disappointed would not recommend these mattresss
I liked the idea of the S mattress because of its versatility and simplicity. Not only are there different degrees of firmness but it is so easy to change from one to another if necessary or desirable; and although my new mattress is firmer than the one I have been sleeping on for many years I can say that, for the first time in many of those years, I no longer wake up with an aching body. My sleep experience is so much better now. Also, I don't have to turn it periodically which is something I will be more and more grateful for as the years go by. In short I am, as somebody else might have said V pleased. Thank you.
Bought the octospring mattress topper. I suffer with hip pain on the one side, I already had a mattress topper which has been fine for the last couple of years, saw the octospring topper ad on TV thought I’d give it a go, all I can say is I’ve wasted £200, I had the worst nights sleep and it did nothing to support my hip. I put my old topper bk on and the octospring now it’s perfect. Going to save for a new mattress don’t think it will be a dormeo

We needed to replace our ‘orthopaedic’ mattress which wasn’t helping at all with my wife’s recently diagnosed osteoporosis. The Dormeo mattress has consistently allowed her to enjoy infinitely better sleep night after night. I’ve held off giving a review until we could be sure that the improvement would continue - and it has.

The octospring hybred bed is an amazing nights sleep I bought the pillows as well and they our fantastic .I wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day .I had the formeo fresh matress before so was aware of the quality of there mattress..But the hybred octospring is an outstanding matress..Ive ordered another two mattress for my sons .
Well it says your suppose to get a better sleep GUARANTEED but mine has been no better. Also bought the cooling mattress which is no different to having a normal mattress
I took delivery of my new mattress this week, having said goodbye to my Emma mattress after four years, so I was expecting great things. My new Dormeo mattress did not disappoint, I had an amazing night sleep and felt comfortable straight away, hands down best mattress I have ever had.

Worst mattress I have ever bought ... I have purchased two of these mattresses, one for my daughter and the other for myself and both of us have experienced back pain and other aches and pains as in hip and shoulder pain since using them... my daughter has recently sold hers and I am in the process of selling mine .... I would never purchase from this company again as they are very expensive they do not keep you cool and it would be more comfortable sleeping on a slab of concrete. definately not recommended for me waste of money ...
