Today I made a purchase and I had a tremendous scare when I realized that when I created my Google profile account, my old address appeared and when I completed the purchase they would send it there. I immediately contacted customer service and Mike kindly and diligently resolved the issue. How much I thanked him! Now to wait for my first order so I can enjoy it. Thanks again Mike!

This company is fantastic, not only do their scents smell amazing, they are cruelty free and clean. Their customer support is also incredibly helpful. If a perfume doesn’t work for you, the care team makes the return/exchange process easy, and the return doesn’t go to waste, it gets donated to a charity. I highly recommend Dossier.

I had sent back an item for an exchange and never received it, but that was my fault bc I didn't add the increase in cost bc I assumed it would be deducted from my Dossier+ account... I was wrong but Ion was courteous and worked wonders! I have been a fan of the perfume since '22 and now I am a fan of their customer service.

This is my second order with Dossier as I loved the set of scents I bought the first time! Although my order was stolen, Dossier customer service was truly wonderful! I thankfully had the protection plan which covers theft so I’m able to receive the perfumes at not extra cost. They responded promptly and assisted me with any questions or concerns I had. My favorites are Fruity Almond, Floral Lavender, Ambery Vanilla and waiting to try Fruity Brown Sugar and Citrus Green Apple. I recommend Dossier frequently and will be ordering again in the future!
