Still havenāt received my order yet. Company posted out okay. The issue lies with Royal Mail. I have contacted the company and their timescale replying is very long. Iām still no further forward 5 days later.
I was informed that I would receive an e mail when the product was dispatched, I did not receive this e mail. When my package arrived the bottom of the box had a large hole in it. There was no protection for the product and it was just lucky it was a plastic bottle that was not damaged.
I was introduced to your fragrance a few years ago in the Netherlands. 'Oud Nobile', a fragrance that can take you to the stars. As mystical as it is volatile and intriguing, this fragrance is a surreal dream. I'm happy with these little 'acquisitions' around me. Your perfumes are little symphonies for me, creating a new world of their own in me.
Having stayed at Hotel Gotham in Manchester, we enquired on the smell from the diffusers....and were pointed in this direction. We now have the same smell permeating our house. Might be slightly more expensive that we'd usually spend but the smell is intense (in a good way) and we are confident it will last a long while.
When my order arrived it was damaged and boxes torn. I have emailed and sent photos and have had no response whatsoever, very disappointing as I spent over Ā£120. I love the fragrance but unfortunately not the service I expected.
I got a wrong order and tried to get it corrected. I have emailed 5 times and called 4 times. Terrible service. I still have the wrong order! Despite the high price of product, their service is the worst!
I was scammed. For a "luxury" company they have the worst customer service. I ordered the product at the end of November 2023 and I decided I wanted to return it in December 2023. After multiple emails back and forth I was finally able to get a return label to ship it back. I shipped it back at the end of January 2024. TO THIS DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REIMBURSEMENT (04/29/24). They still have my $200+ in payment. I have tried calling and they tell me to email. I have written 10+ emails to them. Either they respond after 2 weeks or not at all.

Terrible bad product delivered broken and two days trying to get them do needful is impossible
There was a delay of 1 week of my order. Noone was responding to my emails. Furthermore, after two days of calling, they finally sent me an email with a tracking number. Horrible customer service!
