I recently had the opportunity to shop with your brand whilst searching for a gift for my husband, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. While I was excited about the quality of your clothing, I encountered significant challenges with the customer service team and the return process. Firstly, I found the customer service team to be extremely unhelpful when I reached out for assistance and the returns portal kept glitching whilst I tried to process my return. Additionally, I was surprised by the high cost associated with ordering and returning items that didn't fit. Spending £15 on ordering and returns for items that couldn't be tried on beforehand is not only expensive but also discourages me from making future purchases. It's essential for online retailers to offer reasonable return policies, especially when customers are unable to physically try on items before purchasing. Overall, while I appreciate the quality of your clothing, I believe there are significant areas for improvement in customer service and return policies. I hope that you'll consider these suggestions to enhance the shopping experience for your customers in the future.

Everything about the product ist just awesome. I’ll purchased the set of 3 Oxford Button down for the second time. The only thing to complain ist the shipping to Germany and coming with this the hustle withe the toll. Maybe leaving the EU wasn’t such a good idea.

Appallingly inaccurate size guides for shirts

Great service as always. Sizing for me with Drakes is often tricky. For my most recent purchase, the Green Waxed Coverall Jacket, I opted to purchase a size 42, which ended up on the short side in the sleeves and across the back, (albeit chest and body fine), so I decided to buy the 44 which has that little bit more room across the back and to layer underneath, as well as giving that relaxed look. I would say that the sleeves are still too short, with shirt sleeves hanging well below the jacket cuff. (I am 6´3¨, typically a 46´´ chest and 110kg.) I ordered the larger replacement and tried both on, and decided on returning the 42. As always, delivery and service was reliable. Replacement came within 3-4 days and my refund for the returned jacket was back in my account within a week of arriving back at Drakes. All very seamless. As a side note - I would love it if Drakes made one sizer larger for all their over shirts and jumpers to accommodate the slightly larger chested, shouldered individual (XXXL).
The customer care service was really great. Amber made it possible for me me to receive my sleeveless pullover in time for my tomorrow's meeting. I am really grateful for this.
Great customer service, Fast Communication and delivery
Ordered 4 items on the annual Archive Sale. And this review is solely on my experience with this. I wanted to return two items, but due to the fact that the UK is no longer part of the EU, Drake's doesn't provide return rights. This is stated at the very bottom of the checkout page. I didn't notice it or check the rights since I have ordered from them before and returned items with no problem. Also, the items I ordered dropped by 50% only three days after I ordered them. I am sure they have their reasons to do this but to be honest, I feel deceived as a customer. Not worthy of a "luxury" brand like Drake's. It’s a poor way to operate an e-commerce, and the service provided by the Drake's team is substandard.

My Jean Jacket arrived a day earlier than expected. It showed up in a very classy box too. I tried the Jacket on and the fit is perfect !!! After emailing Drakes for replacement buttons on my Black Watch work shirt, Amber at Drakes responded quickly to my email & is now sending on replacements by courier free of charge (I had offered to pay) so I can back to wearing one of my faves - great customer service - thanks Amber!
