Too bad I can, not give a "zero" instead of 1 star. I ordered a jeans from Replay but instead I received some small electric cable for some electric bike. A asked to return the item and to have a payback. Off course the procedure was followed and photo's of the bag, label and item were uploaded. Shocked and angry to find out that Customer Support insists that I received the correct article, and that I can return at my own expenses. I replied that I can not send back an article / item that I never received but even after several mails they continue their refusal. Even if during transportation something went wrong, Tradeinn chooses the transport company so correct delivery remains the responsibility of Dressinn / Tradeinn. I ordered before so I am an existing customer but NO MORE. I got stolen so will never ever order with Dressinn / Tradeinn!

Stole my money and are not returning my emails. Trying to screw me in the full amount owed after paying a fortune to send back the shoes. I have already reached out through their contact form and also the customer service email and they are ignoring me.
Der Bestellvorgang war leicht und die Lieferung war schnell. Das Produkt war makellos. Der einzige negative Aspekt war, dass bei einigen Produkten nicht genügend Fotos (von innen, etc.) waren.

El 02/05 recibí una llamada de Seur informándome de que el paquete estaba disponible para su recogida (de la compra 47518612 realizada el 06/04, que debería haber sido entregada el 14/11), como había abierto una reclamación con Seur y Dressinn, Dressinn ni se puso en contacto. Hoy he entrado en la web de Seur y pone que el pedido ha sido devuelto al remitente. Espero que Dressinn me devuelva el dinero, ya que sé que no voy a recibir el producto.
The shoes ordered were an adidas size six, beware, they are small. Outrageously high return cost. States the return address is in Spain. I paid £11.49 for the return label and when it printed out it was to an address in Southall. Complete rip off.
