Je suis extrêmement déçu. J'ai investi dans une paire de bottes Dune, mais en un an, l'une d'elles s'est usée à l'avant, s'est complètement trouée, laissant l'eau s'infiltrer. Pourtant, je ne les porte pas tous les jours, seulement pendant l'hiver. Les avoir achetées à 132 euros est une dépense conséquente pour des bottes destinées à être jetées après seulement un an.

Katie at the London store went above and beyond today. I incorrectly returned some items by post to them that were from another chain entirely. Katie kindly called me to advise of my error and arranged postage to the correct address for me. Very much appreciated, as this was totally my fault. Thank you Katie!!
I was over the 28 day return policy, I spoke to the lovely Katie and was sorted in a few minutes. Today I received an email from Neel to tell me my e voucher was on its way. Great customer service within a week of my phone call.

Dune not only excel in providing first class quality shoes that are on trend but I have found their customer service team to be excellent. Recently I enquired about an item that was out of stock and not only did I receive a prompt response from Ellie but she went the extra mile to personally inform me that the item I had asked about had only recently become available in limited quantity. I contacted Dune customer service using the online chat as I'd mistakenly picked the wrong shipping option for my order. KATIE was very friendly and extremely helpful, she contacted the warehouse on my behalf and changed the shipping for me. She also sent me an email to keep me updated with the progress of my query. The whole query was resolved within an hour.
I emailed customer service for help locating some heels which were completely out of stock online and in-store, Suzy at customer service was extremely helpful and pro-active, locating the heels for me at Dune Brent Cross and Dune Belfast. Suzy helpfully arranged quick delivery of the heels to my local Birmingham store, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I’m so glad I have these heels thanks to Suzy, I definitely recommend Dune for their customer experience and quality of the products.
I contacted Dune regarding my Ladybird handbag and if they could provide me with some spare stones as some had popped out with gentle use. I had a very quick response from 'MARIE' who looked into if this was possible as they don't have a spares department but will raise this QC to try and locate some in their warehouse. Quickly after that she confirmed that they can send me stones of various sizes free of charge. Thank you for your help!
