Website is slow, can't use Google Pay, not easy to find the correct battery, why there is no comparison chart ?
I miss the ability to search products by size because I was looking for a battery that needed to fit in a specific device. In addition, the page behaved strangely during check-out while entering the address details, the telephone number was constantly corrected by itself and then shown as incorrect. (I use the current Apple browser Safari)
Habe einen Akku für einen etwas älteren Laptop bestellt. Der Preis war höher als bei anderen Anbietern (72€ zu ca.55€). Aber ich dachte, ok Duracell ist ein Name den man kennt. Die Lieferung kam auch ziemlich schnell. Also Akku in den Laptop... bei 52% geht nichts mehr. Da hört er auf zu laden. Naja vielleicht kommt ja später nach einigen Ladezyklen noch was. Ist bei neuen Akkus ja manchmal so. Was mich aber aber richtig stört ist die Passgenauigkeit. Rein ging er einfach, klack und drin. Als ich ihn dann rausnehmen wollte war das ganz anders. Der Akku lag nicht mehr ganz gerade, hat man an den Spaltmaßen deutlich zu sehen. Und es war ein echter Krampf nichts kaputt zu machen. Bin am Überlegen, ihn zurück zu schicken. Das wiederum ist bei Amazon einfach.
Guter Shop, schnelles Suchen
Schon lange bin ich Kunde. Wurde niemals enttäuscht!! Hoffentlich bleibt es so.
Sehr einfache und unkomplizierte Kaufabwicklung und schnelle Lieferung. Ich bestelle die Ware nun zum zweiten Mal, da die gelieferten Artikel von hoher Qualität sind und ich noch weitere Artikel dieser Art benötige.
Super schnelle Abwicklung und Preis und Leistung sind genial. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen.
Es war einfach zu Bestellen ! Im Gegensatz zu Amazon wo man nicht mal einfach die Handynummer ändern kann !

Easy way to buy original Duracell parts!
The last battery I bought for my E6430 only lasted a little over 2,5 years and cost 80 Euro. Not worthy of the name Duracell. I now ordered another one at duracelldirect. It's cheaper but hopefully this one will last longer.
