Customer Care is without a doubt, 5 stars Chloe is amazing. A friend tried to send a damaged necklace back to the company for repair, but there were issues with her post being delivered. Chloe took the time to write a lovely email offering alternative options to my friend, and she was very understanding of the situation. 10/10 based on their customer care alone, I myself have been convinced to shop with them in the future

The item was delivered in time Lovely quality Only reason not 5 stars I placed the order then noticed there was a rose gold option. Emailed straight away asking for the rose gold option Dylan Oaks replied saying the would get in touch with the order department . Nothing heard from them The gold necklace arrived today Frustrating. But Nothing to be done .

Order a pair of ear rings for my wife for €50 and when they came they were tiny didn't not take them out of box or casing email straight away to return and refused the return due to hygiene they have not been taken out of case just very poor would not buy from here again

Cannot recommend Dylan Oaks customer service highly enough. Needed to lengthen my chain abd because I was far from their Dublin shop they asked me to send it to their Belfast address. They extended my chain and had it back very quickly. Didn't charge as a goodwill gesture. Definitely buy here again.

very poor quality bracelets

Update- I left a comment under a post on Dylan Oaks instagram, I posted the same comment as this review and they have removed it. Didn’t reach out or acknowledge it, just deleted it. very poor quality bracelets, my mum got two welded bracelets and they broke, one within a day of purchase and the second within a month. They got no abuse. No help from Customer support, weeks to reply and generic answers. I Would not recommend

Catches onto clothing...

My boyfriend bought me the tennis bracelet for Christmas, the bracelet is stunning but unfortunately it catches onto everything! I have damged alot of clothing from it. It caught onto my jumpers also and had fluff between each diamond. Very unhappy about this product.

Great customer service

Bought a necklace in store over a year ago. Have worn it every day since and I love it. Unfortunately the clasp broke on it a few weeks ago. I contacted customer service and they were so helpful. I didn't have a receipt but that was not a problem. They asked me to send it off and they would repair it. I have just received my repaired necklace in the post in a lovely presentation box and am delighted. Have also ordered gifts for friends and jewellery for my bridesmaids and all are great quality.

They cancelled my order and then only partially refunded. I sent 3 emails which were ignored. I only received a full refund after raising a dispute through PayPal.

Elegance, Quality, Excellent Presentation

As a new customer, I am "over the moon" to have encountered such an elegant brand. My two necklaces "name tags" were truly beautiful, quiet elegance at every level. Quality is exquisite, shipping was impressive, it only took 48 hours for my items to be delivered, at such a busy time of the year for both Dylan Oaks and the Royal mail. Ordered 2 initial chains as xmas gifts

Ordered 2 initial chains as xmas gifts, states on the website express delivery within 3 days. I waited 4 days and emailed to see where my order was. Did not receive a reply in regards to my email but received another email off them to say 1 of the chains was being refunded. Had to then email them again to ask them to cancel the complete order which they did. I now have to wait 10 days for the money to be refunded which probably should not have been taken from my account until the goods were dispatched.

I would love to write a review of my order but 3 weeks after I ordered I have yet to receive an email of dispatch confirmation, never mind the actual product. I have emailed 7 times and visited the Belfast store and have no update on the status of my order. It’s simply atrocious the level of customer service. Paying over £120 for a product for this to happen is totally unacceptable.

Non existent customer service

Everything started so well good speed delivery of a product, the product isn’t right so I’m trying return this item. The website gives you nothing on how to send stuff back, and I’ve sent four emails asking for assistance and tried to contact on social media only to be tottaly ignored. This level of service is a shambles and I’d avoid this company.

Delivery took longer than advertised, however when I contacted customer service, it was clearly explained that it was late due to many orders around Christmas. Customer service was great. Overall, very good customer experience, and I would shop from there again.

I was sent wrong order. Customer service are disgrace. Don't trust this company. I am out pocket now cause product I received was incorrect. They have no telephone number so don't want customers getting in touch. Company is joke. Do not buy from here.

Very bad customer service

Ordered two necklaces with engraving on each one. Wanted to change what the engraving said, and emailed twice as soon as I placed the order to request a change. Got no response so emailed again two days later and still got no response. My order arrived with the wrong engraving on it a four days ago. I immediately emailed the support email provided, wrote to their Facebook and instagram page, but still haven’t heard anything four dats later. Their customer service is basically non existent and I can’t even find a phone number to call them on

I am delighted that my order came…

I am delighted that my order came today. I can't believe how fast it came. I ordered the 4cm letter necklace bar on Tuesday and it was delivered today before lunchtime. I must say the necklace looks beautiful. My friend will be delighted with this as I got it for her for Christmas but she wants it early. I can't wait to see her reaction as I cannot stop looking at it. Thanks Dylan Oaks for a fantastic service. I will definitely be shopping with ye in the future and I will definitely be recommending people to buy from the company.
