Beware of this company, you will called by 02080560545 or 02080560548, you will be told you are to be sent vouchers and subscribed to a holiday club or magazine subscription whether you want it or not. Then your account will be debited as they already have your bank details. This scam targets the vunerable and elderly and you must contact your bank and ActionFraud immediately.
The underwear purchased was incorrectly made, the lining does not correspond to the fly. I telephoned your company as advised on the paperwork received with the goods and was told to take the package to the post office and they would simply return the package to you. This didn’t happen and I have posted the parcel back at my own expense. Not a good service!!!

Because he left the parcel without letting us know also left a package fo another house which i took to them which is out order.
The service was not as good as before. It took quite a while to let me know it was going to take a few weeks to deliver one of the items so you stopped the rest of the order

Had to return the product as it was not fit for purpose. Original postage will not be refunded and I had to pay return postage. Total £8.60 for which have nothing. Too expensive to order from this company again.

Offered free delivery for that week that I purchased two lots of goods, but as I got a Promo Code for a price reduction they did not honour their free delivery offer and charged 4,99 for delivery. As far as I am concerned they should have honoured their Delivery offer, which had nothing to do with the price that I got the goods for. Poor Show!
