The item was delivered on the day promised however, they state free delivery on the website for orders over £50 but it transpired they charged me an extra £15! Not to mention that they stated a delivery slot of between 2&4 but then came at 7am waking my partner up from nights. Had I known it was arriving at that time I would have stayed in for it. Would not use again!
Bought an Alphasync prebuilt rig off here, the PC has been great, but they used off brand case fans, one of them cracked in half after 1 year of use so that was a bit disappointing.

Ebuyer delayed the payment process for some reasons which resulted in a delay. They obliged by paying for a pre-noon delivery at no extra cost to me.

Ordered on Wed 1 May 2024 and paid for next day delivery- although expected it probably Friday as its Mull ... but nothing yet and its a Bank Holiday (6 may) - probably better to use Royal Mail!! Humph !

You do what you do. But please don't ask for product reviews 30 seconds after they arrive, how is anyone supposed to know if the goods are of any use. Give it two weeks at least.
Hard drive failed within 2 weeks. No quibble collection for a replacement but because I didn’t send back the power lead with it they refused to process the RMA. So I sent a power lead and they duly sent back a replacement that had a misaligned rear panel meaning the USB ports were unusable. Now awaiting second replacement.
