In an age where you can't get good customer service even if you pay extra, working with Carmen was a refreshing experience. I've been ordering from EdenFantasys irregularly for years. Their products are all quality at an excellent price. I received my last order and it looked like it had been run over. Everything inside was mashed up. I emailed customer service and Carmen replied. She was so sweet! It felt like I was talking to an old friend. She asked some basic questions and quickly began the process to send me a replacement. No teeth pulling required!

Carmen is amazing! I accidentally chose free shipping but I needed my items before my girlfriends birthday. Upgrading the shipping and paying the xtra cost was quick and painless! And Carmen was an absolute delight!

I am a new customer and let me just say the customer service is GREAT! I ordered and amazing product that I love. Did my research and Eden was the only company to carry it. So I went for it, and I am not disappointed. Unfortunately, one of the products arrived damaged, no biggie it happens. I was able to get a replacement (that works wonderfully) very easily! Eden has made a repeat customer out of me! I am very satisfied with my products and the customer service I received from Carmen. She rocks! And let me add the shipping timing is pretty good! I received my package very quickly along with the replacement.

First time ever after a few years of ordering from this seller I had an issue with a defective product from this site in a box of otherwise perfectly fine toys. My experience reporting the issue was incredibly easy over text, and was resolved within an hour. They confirmed the product issue was likely an issue on the manufacturers end, did a spectacular job making me feel heard, and offered me the choice between store credit or a replacement- and I was even given an additional bit of store credit for the hassle. Probably my best experience with any customer service team 🙂
