I have bought many pieces of jewelry from Effy. It's a name that I trust because the quality of the pieces that I have bought are excellent. When I saw this 14 kt. Gold Woven chain on sale, I decided to buy it for myself for mother's day. I have a gold Sand Dollar that needed a heavier chain. This chain was perfect.

Called up to return A necklace that was not worth what I spent on it. This was Monday and they aren’t in until Thursday !!! How do you run a business with no customer service? I spent over $800 on a necklace that look like it was worth $50. Never again

This particular piece didn't meet expectations but I still love all my jewelry from Effy so overall I am not going to complain to loudly. It was just when I mentioned my displeasure to customer service the only response was to initiate a return. I was more-or-less concern with the size of the piece. 60 TCZ felt more like 6.

The shipment was late, I had to pay duty & taxes which I was NOT AWARE Of plus when I eventually DID receive it , I was disappointed with the fragile chain used & the clasps were of the chains are SO SMALL & inferior.

I purchased 2 rings on Carnival Mardi…

I purchased 2 rings on Carnival Mardi Gras and a pair of earrings. I was told by the sales person the earring were 14K white gold. When I went to pick up the paperwork on the purchase I had someone else purchase in my envelope and my paperwork was in a different envelope. I looked at the information on the earrings and found that they were sterling silver and not 14K gold. The rings that we purchased needed to be sized and I was told to call Effy they will send the postage for me to send in to be sized and to return the earrings. When I asked the turn around time I was told 1-2 weeks by the sales manager, I really did not want to wait to get the ring and again I was tod the turn around it 1-2 weeks it will be really quick. When I sent them in to be sized. I was told 4-6 weeks by Effy and 1 to 2 billing cycles for Carnival to refund my money for the earrings. After 4 weeks I reached out again and was told the sizing will take 6-8 weeks. 3 days prior to the 8 week time I received an email that the rings are ready confirm address and it will need an adult signature when they send them out. But of course my email then said it said it will take 3-5 business days for the shipping department to let me know when the jewelry will be shipped out, so then we are looking past the 8 week time span and I still have not received my refund from Carnival. They do not seem to have any care that there process takes way to long. When you are spending over 5000.00 you would like to have your product sooner then later. Plus I feel the sales people will blow smoke up your --- to get the sale.
