Great customer service! I emailed concerning my tracking number and Antonette, was a big help! Response time was amazing.
Contacted customer services about a return that i hadn’t had any update on and was pleasantly surprised when Antonette replied 8 minutes(!!) later resolving the issue immediately! Perfect customer service, i was expecting days waiting time.
I have ordered from this company a few times now and had no issues. Their clothes are lovely and of great quality. One of my orders didn't arrive the following day when ordered with next day delivery but when I emailed about this, they responded extremely quickly and refunded me the difference. No complaints.
EGO mowers are junk!! I've used it one time now the blades don't engage. Yes I have a full charge on the battery, yes I'm holding in the bar and then pressing the start button. Yes the handle is all the way out!! Don't buy this piece of crap you'll be sorry!! Stay with tried and true gasoline mowers. I'm taking it back to Lowes for a refund I hope, they'll probably balk at it, I dropped $500 on it, now I can't mow my yard. What a piece of junk this thing is!!

Selling counterfeit items and refuse to refund you when the items they do send you are faulty. Suggesting they are above the law and only offer store credit. Avoid.
I dealt with Luna in Customer service as I did not receive a dispatch email after seven days. She assured me that the item was on the way and sent me tracking information. Lunas response was to my email was prompt and professional. Great customer service.
I emailed Egoshoes about not being able to track my order because the link wasn’t working for me and I didn’t have access to my track number. In less than 10 minutes of sending the email Antonette got back with me, with a link to the website and my tracking number. Smoothest customer service experience I’ve ever had.

i ordered 2 shoes in the wrong sizing and emailed the help team to see if they could help me change them they replied extremely quick and did exactly what i needed them to do - changing them to the correct size very helpful and very good service ! i spoke with Angelique very impressed
My first time ordering and I made an error with my telephone number. I emailed customer service and Angelique told me within MINUTES that she'd fixed it. I haven't seen this level of customer service before. I wanted to wait until my order had arrived before leaving a review, in case there were any other hiccups. There were none. My order arrived the next day (on a Saturday!) and the quality is amazing. Can't give enough stars haha and will be ordering again soon.
