Fast order return. A good quality tee shirt although the size difference across the styles range is hard to judge. Small can mean enormous or just right.

Customer experience via messaging the support team on their website is… I don’t even know which word I should use doesn’t make it sound too harsh.. I suspect the responses were done by bot, not an actual person, it was not really doing what I requested. Firstly my delivery tracking stopped updating for more than a week, I thought it might be lost, so I sent them a message asking them to look into it to identify the issue so I can decide what to do, their response was ‘Thank you for confirming that you want a replacement’…. Excuse me ? I never requested for replacement, so I reiterated what I was requesting and the response was about the same again, completely ignoring what I said. Then the original parcel started moving again so I realized it wasn’t lost, I sent them another message requesting to cancel the replacement which was forced onto me right away, then they responded ‘Thank you for contacting us to arrange a return… It’s already dispatched so I have to send it back after receiving it…’ 🤦🏻♂️ Seriously ?? so now I will have to bear the exorbitant Duty fee & Customs tax upon receiving and still need to cover the postage cost for sending back a parcel which I never asked for ! Throughout the whole process I never had an option or a say in it but being forced into situation like this. The names of the agents or bots are Tom & Nathan… I live in Canada so I couldn’t directly call their customer service to speak to an actual human
