Used for years but this week had a particularly great customer experience. An order disappeared , concerning as some great sale items. The customer service team took real ownership, went off to investigate a number of anomalies, sorted it and arrange immediate dispatch, arrived in time today for weekend. So thanks

I called in to buy a pair of ski boots. I was greeted politely and taken to the back of the store to have my feet measured. Patrick was the guy that measured my feet and talked me through the porcess of selecting the correct boots. His knowledge was pretty awesome, he was polite throughout and was very easy to deal with. Its getting harder to find decent customer service nowadays but he was fantastic and a credit to your company. I will definitely return and will recomend the shop at every opportunity I have. I hope this gets passed on to Patrick as he deserves recognition for his brilliant customer service and work ethic.
Product delivered on time and as per expectations.
Booked a ski boot fitting from 5-7pm at the Covent Garden branch and lights were getting switched off at 6:40pm. Needless to say the one boot still doesn’t fit properly so I’ll have to go all the way back to the store to complete the fitting. Expected a complete service and not to be hurried along by staff switching off lights despite it being 20min from closing.
The knowledge, expertise and experience of the staff member ensured a perfect fit for the boots I had ordered. Furthermore, they made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout the fitting process. The warranty and comfort assurances were explained clearly. Brilliant service, thank you.

I was not looking forward to getting new boots fitted as I have had uncomfortable boots in the past despite being assured that they were the right size for my wide feet. However, my recent experience at Ellis Brigham has changed all that - and I want to mention Ben the fitter in particular who was very knowledgable and willing to spend time getting different pairs out until I was completely satisfied and comfortable. The whole process was very professional and I ended up buying skis as well. Thank you Ben, you made my day. Enjoy your stay in the UK.
Bought sth and order got cancelled 2 days later. NO emails or whatsoever to inform or to explain. Had to email and ask and was told that my order was red-flagged by system. Unable to tell me what was wrong. And now they had the product come in stock again - in a different size. So now I understand - their stock info was wrong and sold me sth that they had no stock so they just cancelled it without telling. How marvellous this merchant is.
Faultless from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t expecting to be able to get a custom ski boot fit as a walk in but the fitter said he had no bookings and was happy to help me. Billy was phenomenal and covered every aspect explaining all the options. No hard sell if they didn’t fit they weren’t right and he made sure I left with the right pair of boots that worked for me.
