I bought three different products and all three use a non-existent royal monogram. Maybe someone from Emma Bridgewater should know that His Majesty King Charles III uses a royal monogram with the Tudor Crown and the letters C and R are arranged differently.

I live in Australia and had ordered a personalised mug. It arrived very badly damaged. I contacted customer service and they were just amazing. A new mug was created and despatched within days, and arrived in perfect condition. The recipient was thrilled. Brilliant. That’s why I keep on collecting!!
