My experience with END was horrible i was sent the wrong item it did not match the description, i tried to get in contact with end the number didn’t work so i sent emails and even sent proof that i was sent the wrong item, they closed my inquiry and did nothing about them Sending me the wrong item
4 stars for everything. Didn’t give 5 stars because the return policy isn’t too great. An easy return policy would make the shopping experience even greater. That said. Still one of my favorite place to Shop is End.

Not only was I able to find the shoes I wanted, that were out of stock on the brand’s website, but I also got them for less! Shipping to the US was surprisingly fast, and only $9.99 - wait what? The packaging was top-notch, gave high-end with a personal touch. Highly recommend ordering from END.
So glad I found this company! Managed to find the shoes I wanted (but couldn’t find in my size in all of North America!) I did have some problems paying for my order when I first tried to purchase them. It kept coming up saying that there was a problem with my credit card address (I was using the drop down address that End uses on their website), but when I phoned the bank, they said there was nothing wrong. When I messaged the company it took a long time for them to get back to me and I solved the problem before they did. (Just went and paid with Apple Pay) Shoes came quickly once I ordered them and exactly what I wanted!
