I ordered some jams and relish plus a jar of mint humbugs, everything looked good, but, the mint humbugs were just like pieces of sugar candy, someone had forgotten to put in the mint! I haven’t opened any jams or relish yet so I can’t comment on them . As you can imagine, I’m a tad disappointed

It was very easy to order the products and they arrived within good time, packaging was environmentally friendly.
This order contained their highly-rated preserves, which were easy to order online. They were all in well-protected glass jars with eco-friendly packaging and arrived safely with a friendly DPD driver. Delivery by DPD could be improved by notifying customers the day before of their delivery intentions as well as an hour before on the day of delivery/.
The expandable ring is tiny. I can barely get it over my little finger. It was going to be a gift for my partner. She has arthritic finger joints. So, I thought it would be a nice, thoughtful gift. Short of going to a jeweller to open it up - how much would that cost? It's useless. Only big enough for a child...

My package was delivered to my address but not to me personally, not with my knowledge and not at the photographed location. I was away the day before and did not see emails, so I was not aware that the package had been shipped. I did not get back home until the early hours and was most probably asleep when the delivery driver arrived around 12:30pm. I did wake up around 11am but fell asleep again. The first I knew of the delivery was around 5pm when I was going through the emails from the day before and saw the claim that it had been delivered! I went outside straightaway but could not spot it. I went out again and ventured into an overgrown part of the garden and found it behind the remnants of a broken fence. It had not rained that day, which was fortunate and unusual. If unable to deliver I do not think the correct procedure is to photograph the item on the doorstep and pretend I have accepted delivery. At least a note through the letterbox would have alerted me much earlier, when I woke up, but that would have acknowledged the lie. The only feedback I could give DPD was that I had a complaint, not what the complaint was! I have not heard from them! I did not open the package immediately but the packaging was pristine, so I expected the contents to be undamaged and indeed they were just as I expected and totally satisfactory. I have not worn the socks yet, nor started the jam, but I have sampled the contents of the decorated tins, a carousel and a helter skelter, and both toffees and shortbread were good. The tins themselves are gorgeous.

Bought for my grandson he loves playing with swards but all ways brakes then hopefully the wooden one will last longer well made would definitely recommend.
