Customer service very helpful before I ordered, able to answer all my queries. On line ordering simple, choice of delivery dates so I could arrange for disposal of old mattress and comfortable nights sleep once delivered.
We purchased the super king 5g mattress in November 2023, we couldn’t use it for 2-3 weeks after delivery due to awaiting a new bed frame. We picked this bed over its competitors as the reviews appeared more favourable. Upon opening the mattress, the quality looked excellent, pressing down on the memory foam with our hands felt good, when we first lay down on it the firmness initially felt perfect and we felt we had made the right choice. After the first nights sleep I woke up several times with pressure points on my side, like a dull aching pain. This has continued on and off for the last 5 months, I find myself having to move a lot during the night when the pressure points get too much and often wake up with slight lower back pain which eases after an hour or 2 of getting out of bed. If I try lying on my back it feels fine it just hurts when lying on my side. I am 11.5 stone, 5ft 8, slim build, work out most days and pretty fit. My wife who is also relatively fit sleeps on her back and has no issues. Ergo flex only offer a 30 day trial, this is nowhere near long enough as your body can take months to adjust to a new mattress. Most of the other companies I looked at offer a 6-12 month trial period which is far better. After 5 months of using the mattress I can’t see it getting any better and there is no way we will be able to return it. I so wish I had purchased a mattress with a longer trial period. I do not recommend this mattress to anyone that sleeps on their side. It is advertised as medium/firm but it’s definitely more on the firm side. I highly recommend you look at the mattress companies that offer a longer trial period.

I maintained complete politeness and exemplary manners while speaking to your colleague over the phone. To claim otherwise is blatantly untrue and bold face dishonesty. The essence of customer service is paramount, and your response reflects a deficiency in that regard. For those contemplating the 30-day trial, be forewarned that attempts will be made to dissuade you, including an extensive questioning session probing personal information, during which the representative reiterated repeatedly, ‘There are no guarantees.’ Regrettably, this seems to be a recurring issue, as evidenced by other reviews. 🙁
30 days trial a total scam. They asked me very intrusive questions including on the phone just now “what is your weight” - none of your business at all, but I was caught of guard and answered I’m annoyed ! Ergoflex will now reply with some well design response to sound friendly but they need to be investigated. There mattress is actually over priced considering only one side can be used the other bottom side is not usable they don’t really highlight this point!
We are really impressed with the Ergoflex mattress. We are both side sleepers, and find it very comfortable for us. This is our 3rd Ergoflex mattress as we bought two a couple of years ago when our children upgraded from single beds to doubles. They both really like the mattress too. The mattress has a luxurious soft feel to it whilst giving you plenty of support.
Previously had a Tempur mattress which we loved, found Ergoflex when researching a new mattress and decided to purchase. We have been sleeping on it for about 2 months. Instantly comfortable from day one. We need a mattress with no motion transfer as my husband is a lot larger and heavier than me - the Ergoflex mattress is perfect for this requirement.
We are very happy with our ergoflex mattress. Delivered quickly and on time. It's very comfortable and gives support to my aching bones. It is also a great price so we'll give it a 5 out of 5.
This is my third Ergoflex mattress in 24 years and I am still happy with the comfort and the good nights sleep it gives me. Easy ordering, prompt delivery and good customer service. I know where my fourth mattress will be purchased from.
Purchased an Ergoflex mattress about 8 years ago and loved it, recently needed to buy 2 new singles, but stupidly decided to buy a cheaper brand, after 2 weeks of uncomfortable sleeps I requested a refund and have now replaced them with new Ergoflex Matresses, why did I try cheaper 🤷♀️ I’ve now slept on the new Ergoflex and am not disappointed. Yes Ergoflex are more expensive, but for 8 hours every day for the next 8 years, I will be comfortable, worth every penny
At the moment this is purely a customer service review as I have been so impressed with the help I have received from Kay in Customer Services. Advice on size and weight of the box, delivery info and helping me when my order got refused - due to a glitch with my card provider/iPhone app. I will review again after I have slept on the mattress

All good so far, but as yet not really tried this out. Am hoping it is as good as the last one.
Best mattress always buy ergoflex would not be swayed by any other mattress.Best night sleep ever .Delivery came one week earlier,good communication
I’ve never slept so well in my life. It’s been a complete game changer for me! Normally I have aches and pains that wake me up and keep me up, but I don’t have that with this mattress. It’s really amazing! I would recommend it to everyone.
