If you buy online, they don’t use live stock files. That means they don’t genuinely know if an item is in stock. If the item isn’t in stock, regardless of promises of priority mail, they will ghost you. If you contact customer services, they will deflect you. Eventually you might get an email, as I did, saying that the order is cancelled.
You offered a 10% discount, but the vast majority of brands you stock are not covered.

I had been looking for a watch for my 50th birthday and done online research, I wanted to view one in person. When I entered Ernest Jones in Meadowhall a very pleasant young lady offered to help, I tried on the watch but it didn’t seem to be the one for me. After a brief conversation with Jolie she was able to offer alternatives and was very knowledgeable, I may have actually found the watch for my birthday after all. Instead of leaving disheartened I left with a sense of accomplishment, Jolie had listened and taken on board without pressing the matter. Thank you Jolie, you were very professional and respectful !!!
My wife of ten years had lost two stones from her original engagement ring, she had it 11 year but frequently takes it off for swimming and playing golf. As a surprise I bought her a new engagement ring as a surprise. I also proposed again sitting in the garden where we planned our new decking for the summer. I was quietly confident of da a positive response. What I didn’t expect her to break down in tears. She loves her replacement ring. Shopping at Ernest jones was pain free. Good choice of product and good quality. The ring was purchased from their Sale stock and looks fantastic. The ring comes accompanied with a small booklet, based entirely on the ring purchased, which gives the detail of how the centre diamond was designed and created was an added and nice touch. The overall packaging was beautiful. In all , great purchase and a beautiful Ring. Incidentally, the new garden decking project has now been postponed until next year. Thanks Ernest Jones.
Got a necklace for £300 hardly worn it and it snapped and fell off luckily I was at home I took it back to Carlisle shop and was told I had to pay for repair as once you leave the shop its your responsibility so took it to independent jewellers x3 all say its very brittle and not worth the money so went back to Carlisle shop who sent it to their own jewellers Now 1 shop assistant says they say its paurus and I could have a exchange so went to collect it but 2nd shop assistant says its OK so no exchange or refund
