I have never heard of these before. Ordered 2 makeup products (benefit) that were almost 20% cheaper than anywhere else. Free delivery, arrived in 2 days, packaged beautifully and with a gucci perfume sample. I'll 100% be using again. Superb.
Escentual always offers competitive prices and products which may be difficult to find elsewhere. They offer a reliable online service, so much better than many others.

I have always been happy with getting products from Escensual whose prices are very competitive and delivery prompt. I have been having problems with how my skin has been reacting since I had long Covid. I rang the customer helpline and had so much help and support from a delightful lady called Pat. She went to so much trouble to advise me and had a wealth of knowledge about the Avene range. It was brilliant to have her guidance. I would also like to commend the company for reviewing their packaging and now using recyclable padding as opposed to bubble wrap.
I feel absolutely gutted mypartner bought me prada candy from escentual and he bought dolce&gabbana for himself they both arrived his is fine mine is just one smell of alcohol for 1 second then absolutely no smell whatsoever I emailed and got told to send it back for them to send it to the supplier but I missed the date as I’ve been poorly
Ordered Mon Guerlain gift set as it's cheaper than buying just the perfume on its own. Great price and fast delivery but upon receiving it, found the perfume inside was Bloom of Rose. This is a different fragrance with a pink band. Message to the company, they say I'm wrong, even though l've worn Mon Guerlain for years and I know the differences by the coloured bands. They even stock Bloom of Rose. ( Decided to ring them, found them rude, talked over me when I explained the issue, still claim I'm in the wrong but eventually they agreed to send me a return label. Won't use them again, even if prices are good, you need to receive what you ordered, surely that's the point.
14/03/24..there customer service is getting worst day by day..also they now send freebies to only certain people might b there freinds and family members.it was before for every one,but now regardless how big ur order is,you will never get freebies .and there packing is getting poor too.as we buying expensive perfumes so they should b come in a proper box,but they sending them in a paper bag.and we all know courier dont care about parcels.Escentual should look into that.as freebies are for the customers ,not for ur staff members and there family and friends.also plz improve ur packing.thnx
This is the first time I have used Escentual and I was extremely pleased with them. They have an amazing range of products at such fabulous prices compared to the High Street. The delivery of the items was quick and the products all arrived in a good condition with no leakages. I will definitely be using them again.
I have used Escentual for many years. They offer a great range of beauty products and you cannot beat their price. I used to use another provider but switched to Escentual. They have great offers periodically which are especially essential due to the rising cost of living making it affordable to purchase items. They have an excellent customer service if you need to follow up for any reason and they respond very quickly and deal with your query efficiently.
Exceptional customer service and I can not fault this company for the fantastic selection of cosmetics and skin care. Perfect!
Nice local store and they have 25% off quite often . Customer service always polite and in my case Nikki I have made a couple of purchases with no issue
