This product had the most awful old smell. I was very dissapointed. I've had products before and I liked them. But this one the shampoo, conditioner the body and hand lotion, and shower gel had the most awful smell . I will never use them on my skin. It was a bargain £20.00 for all but maybe that is why, its old stock.
I love ESPA products and treatments- the best ever- but I’ve ordered a few products on 17 April on their website and still have not arrived. I emailed them and they said another 3-5 working days with no explanation for delay. I still don’t know if they’ll come so i won’t order from their website again. I also emailed asking the reason for the delay and they never replied.

I bought a moisturiser, I can send my order no if you are interested, my skin became tight dry and flaking skin, was really upset as whilst I have dry skin I have never had this happen before. And at £50 pounds was really disappointing.
Shampoo on offer . Delivery was the next day . Never fail on quality .

My products look and smell beautiful I had a problem with one item as it was damaged in transit but the customer service team were fantastic. I have not experienced such fantastic customer service in along time.
