Great drop protection, but horrible dust, dirt, pet hair protection!! It all collects under your front screen inexplicably and irritatingly!!
Great products at an affordable price. I have bought multiple products from them. For instance, their MagSafe charger stand is better and cheaper than the ones Apple recommend. Sometimes it can be better to buy their products from Amazon in terms of shipping and price.
Attention, ce site propose des produits non disponibles et ou avec des delais réels estimés de 7 à 15 jours. quand vous envoyez un mail pour demander l'annulation de la commande puisque non respect contractuelle, ils renvoient systematiquement une nouvelle proposition (changement de couleur de produit ect..). j'en suis à 4 emails et maintenant ils m'expliquent qu'ils vont m'envoyer la commande par amazon.

Their products are ok. The problem is that they spam me with constant mailings, although I tried at least 5 times to unsubscribe... they just don't care and keep polluting my mailbox.
The case seems fine, but I wish they were clearer about who their logistics and shipping partners are. I ordered from the ESR website and was not expecting a package from Amazon. Will reconsider ordering directly from ESR in the future.

Habe bei ESR (Singapur Sitz) eine Hülle bestellt. Bezahlen ging einfach, die Ware kam relativ schnell. Bis dahin alles gut. Die Hülle, die ich bestellt hatte, war mit einem aufklappbaren Fuß. Dieser ging kaputt dass die Nieten plötzlich sich lösten. Ging auf die Seite um zu reklamieren und siehe da - tagelang konnte die Reklamation nicht angenommen werden und egal um welche Uhrzeit man diese schrieb. Kurz gesagt solange man kein Problem hat ist alles Top aber wenn es drauf ankommt versagt man. Da nütz auch nichts die 12 Montage Garantie. Nie wieder wegen schlechten Kundenservice.
It's really a nightmare with your company. I bought case for Galaxy s24 ultra Home Theater Privacy Bundle - Frosted Black that cost £26.99 and after waiting for 20 days for it , all I got is a case WITHOUT The screen protection or camera lens protection!!!!! You give a 20% discount of the wrong amount which is £22.96 not that the price I paid which is £26.99!! Still I said OK, no problem. But now with this, I can't accept this no more. This's beyond ridiculous. I want full refund and send me your adress so I can send you your mesirable case.
Stay away from their screen "protectors". They protect the screen alright, but only briefly. The mere contact with any object, will cause them to shatter. A short 4 months after purchase, all three included in a pack that I only got to get free shipping, have shattered. One with a fall, the other I didn't even notice. Armorite my a$$! And don't contact me to offer me a replacement in exchange for removing the review, I want everyone to know what awful product you sell.

The recent upgrade casing with the Magsafe available for the S24Ultra was awesome. I have been waiting for ESR to include the magsafe in the casing that i have been using for S23 ultra. looking forwards to more upcoming interesting casing from ESR
