Couldn’t be happier with the customer support I received from Riju today. I have a pair of earrings that are faulty so I emailed the team to see if they could help me in anyway. Riju sent me a video on how to fix the earrings. When this did not work Riju has sent me a replacement pair with no issue. Great service - love the jewellery. Will definitely stick with this brand when buying in future
I bought some very pretty earrings for a friend for Christmas but sadly one of the gems fell out. I contacted them and they were very apologetic and instantly offered to send a replacement pair directly to my friend. Really impressed with their customer service!
I bought my daughter some earring for Christmas which tarnished within the week, after contacting EB their customer service contacted me and without hesitation by the end of the day a replacement pair was on its way to me. Really apologetic but friendly email. Really impressive I will definitely shop with them again.
I have just had the parcel from Royal Mail dumped on my doorstep. The courier did not ring the doorbell and the packaging was visibly damaged. The contents are intact, however, I paid for gift packaging and received three bags three cards and tissue. As you will see from the photograph the bags are not big enough for one of the items and barely big enough for one of the other. I must say I expected the gifts to have been gift wrapped having paid £1.99 for each one. In the circumstances, I will request a refund for the gift packaging. The reply from Estella Bartlett is not really helpful. If they know that Royal Mail is not a reliable courier why do they use them? The only people that suffer from that relationship is the customer. I have still not received the order and it is now 15:37 6 days after the order. Still disappointed. Disappointing first experience. I placed an order on the 16th December with delivery specified as 3-5 days. It has now been 6 days and the parcel has not arrived. I have had no reply from this company following my enquiry. I am disappointed as I wanted this gift for a relative who is leaving the country in the next few days.
Had a slight issue with a product and Estella Bartlett were so quick to reply and sort my issue. I love their products and am really impressed with their customer service.

My experience with this company is nothing but positive. Their jewellery is beautiful and their customer service is exemplary - nothing is too much trouble and quick to respond. They replaced a bracelet that I had an issue with, promptly.
Purchased the Copperfield backpack less than a year ago, but wouldn't recommend it. Only has a popper by way of closure and I find it repeatedly pops open when carried, leaving my contents unsafe. Not worth the money whatever price point. Zips/buttons would be far more secure and useful.

Bought a beautifully designed bee necklace which wasn't very much for my daughter and she was really happy with it. It developed an issue and contacted customer services. The service I received was above and beyond and I'm really grateful to them and why I'm writing this review as they are a great comapny I would definitely recommend.

Received a beautiful rainbow necklace last year as a gift. Unfortunately it's lasted less than 3 wears before breaking. The clasp which holds the rainbow onto the necklace chain has snapped, completely out of nowhere, literally fell apart while I was wearing it. Unfortunately it's out of the 30 day returns period. Really disappointed, seems like these don't last very long and aren't as good quality as they appear.

items arrived quickly but the quality of the two pairs of earrings I ordered were not great. photography on the website is very professional and they look amazing, but the items that arrived looked and felt cheap. I would return them but they don't allow return of earrings unless faulty apparently. Something else I'm annoyed about because the listings for earrings very clearly displays a '30 day return" message.
I absolutely love Estella Bartlett, my go to brand for buying gifts for all my girlfriends! Never had any issues, and I particularly love how I can write a personalised message when its a birthday/christmas etc. LOVE!
Amazing gifts! I ordered a necklace for my daughter's birthday and she is in love with it! She hasn't taken it off since she got it, and she even kept the gift packaging because it was so cute and detailed. Will definitely be buying all my birthday gifts from here going forwards.
Bad CS - a bracelet had a design fault that meant it couldn't be adjusted. Took CS months to finally issue a refund and I believe I had to pay for the delivery/return too
Fallen in love with this company after coming across them on Instagram. Beautiful products and beautifully wrapped when received. Amazing Customer Service who go over and beyond to deal with your query. So glad I've become a customer, definitely my go to for gifts. Staff are awesome.
