Love the product Love being able to preserve the flavor of a good bottle of wine / to taste just as good the next evening. Also customer service is great / had ordered some spare seals to have on hand …. First shipment did not make it to me and they made sure to send a replacement order quickly
I can honestly only give this company and their product a 5 star review. We bought 2 decanters at Christmas and at the time of the purchase we were given full advice on how to look after and maintain our decanter, we gave the other away as a present. Our decanter has been used at least twice a week and has been the pride of place at a few dinner parties too. Unfortunately the base broke as I was reassembling it so I wrote to Eto. I received a reply within hours and a new base within the week. This is an incredible after sales service and one so rarely encountered in today’s day and age. We are delighted to have our decanter back in its place ready for the next bottle of wine.

I recently had an issue with a part so message the lovely team and Elizabeth helped me within 24hrs and went out of their way, new part in the post a day later.. I seemed to have a seal leak in my Eto that I received for Christmas. I contacted Eto through email and Lizzie got right back to me. She was concerned in helping me resolve my issue. She helped me trouble shoot my problem and then sent me new seals right away. They arrived quickly and now my Eto is working perfectly! Thanks again Lizzie!!

Ordered my duel eto wine decanters, they arrived promptly. There was an issue with the glass bottom on one, I emailed them, got a prompt response and apology and they sent me out two replacement glass bottoms. Fantastic customer service and lovely wine decanters. Thank you.
