Shocking Customer Service!

This review follows an earlier review. Finally on the 23rd of April I get contacted by the escalations manager. Unfortunately I missed the call so was advised would be a few days without contact. When I arrived home on the following Thursday 25th, I was greeted with my 2nd package. This again did NOT have the fitting kit present. I urgently contacted via email and again asked for someone to get back to me on Friday when I'd received no reply via email. Finally scheduled a phone call meeting for Saturday 27th. £69.99 partial refund given and told issue had been found with all units in stock. (Why wasn't my 2nd package checked prior to sending?). Advised I've already had to cancel mechanic more than once now and it's not easy to get booked in! I was then told I could wait for them or order fitting kits and send me one out which could be up to 2-3 weeks further wait!!! Or source one myself and they'd fit the bill. However due to work I've been unable to do this and don't have the confidence in sourcing the correct part. Confidence shaken due to this experience. Ordered this on Saturday 6th of April, at the time of writing, Monday 6th of May, it has been over a month since ordering and still do not have a complete order. It has been over a week since I was last contacted by EuroCarParts, 27th April phone call. I did email shortly after this but as of time of writing I STILL have had no reply. No updates etc. I feel like they've just thrown the £69.99 at me, gave an apology and hoped this would go away. I understand things may be out of their control but having to escalate the matter twice to get what I wanted on day one doesn't make anyone feel valued as a customer. To be told that's just company policy and lower down ranks have no power doesn't feel customer focused. I understand in some regards, but this is just unacceptable. Does this mean anytime an order isn't 100% the customer needs to escalate and escalate to get a solution? Even then, as mentioned I'm now over a week later and had no contact from Eurocarparts. Especially after the email I sent not long after the call mentioned previously. I run the risk of seriously damaging my vehicle and being in the Scottish Highlands I have no other option than to keep driving. It's physically not possible to reach work without it as no public transport make it there! I also note that in the week following Eurocarparts acknowledgement of an issue with ALL stock of the turbo I purchased, it has been and is still on their website to purchase. This item was not pulled or put on temporary out of stock etc. The pictures and description show and mention a fitting kit and I was advised it should come with one! So if they have still had this available for purchase on the website, is this faulty advertisement? Doesn't sit right with me Especially when I mentioned it in my last email. I do NOT feel valued as a customer at all. This whole ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth and is still yet to be concluded at the time of writing! Its an absolute joke being a month on since ordering and STILL having to wait! I don't feel the customer should have to chase and chase and chase. They should be taken care of from start to finish. In this instance I do not feel like that was the case atall.

Ordered parts over a week ago…

Ordered parts over a week ago still not been delivered, nor have I recieved any email since the conformation. I tried contacting the customer service line early friday morning and it mentioned I would recieve a email 4 hours whilst they investigated and that never came through.

Poor customer service

The customer service is poor, queue was long and they had staff just standing around, when my turn came up the representative that served me was rude and it seemed he wanted to take out his frustration on me. They need a counter for collections only.

Bought a pressure washer from euro car parts at a great price.Got an extra 10% off using a voucher i found online and received free delivery.It was delivered on time and as im disabled the delivery driver brought it right to my shed where i wanted to store it not just dropped at my front door.I would highly reccommend this company based on my experience.

Not a very serious company, I ordered spare parts and have been waiting for delivery for a week. Yesterday I called them, they promised to deliver by Saturday, now I called them, they said that they would deliver on Monday)) UPD: the second time this company sent my order to the same address as mine but to Birmingham and not London))))

I've buying from Euro Car Parts for many years without any problems. However recently my orders were cancelled, refunded or simply wrong parts send. So I've stopped and went to other supplier who is much more reliable and would advise to avoid Euro Car Parts.

Ordered 2 parts on line and paid for delivery. After 4 days a very battered and tarry parcel arrived with one of the parts and the paper work that simply showed that one part. No mention of 2 parcels or the other part being out of stock so going by the state of the parcel I called customer services the next morning (the Parcel was delivered out of hours or would have called immediately). A simple call took forever to get through to a human to be dealt with in a very brisk manor that the other part was out with the courier and it may come that day or it may come the next. We had no emails about delivery, no information on the paperwork provided in the first parcel so to be talked down to as if I was a toddler was neither necessary or warranted. Parcel did arrive that day in as bad a state as the first. I run a business and aid bender treat regular customers or any customer that way. 2 tips…. 1. Empty a better courier and 2. Train your call centre staff on being helpful

Part cancelled with no explanation

Ordered the part needed, paid and 20 mins later was refunded the item cost, with no explanation as to why but was not refunded the delivery charge. Had to call up and get that refunded additionally. Fair enough if the part wasn't available but it did not say this on the site when ordered or in any email after. Gave 2 stars because the representative was helpful and polite, otherwise it would have been 1 star

Needed a new car battery

Needed a new car battery, ordered online, paid premium postage for next day delivery but within an hour of ordering the guy was at my door with the battery which was unexpected but great, it meant I could swap my battery and be on my way much earlier than I'd anticipated. Excellent service would definitely recommend.

Online service is scam?

Used this online service ones. I was looking Osram D2S bulbs for my car. In the picture there were 2 bulbs but actually come one (description was saying only one, its my bad, didnt read everything). I tried to get refund online but the website says that the order number does not exist. Then i tried to find the same Osram D2S 4300K to fit the color of the light, but found out that Osram doesnt make 4300K versions of these bulbs. After more search find out that this online service sells another existing 4100K version for double the price and calls it 4300K version in description. Stay away, unprofessional or scam. They are still selling non-existing bulbs now, Osram D2S 4300K (i have a screenshot).
