There was an issue with purchasing an item on the website it just wouldnt go into the basket and so I emailed Eurocycles and it was fixed very quickly. I also returned an item and it was dealt with quickly with refund taking 3 days. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Communicative team and worked out a solution for out of stock items, i.e., to be delivered at a later date but also gave the option to pay only for the in stock items which I appreciated.
Ordered in November, received in January. The product I ordered wasn’t actually in stock I found out afterwards. I was assured twice I would have the item in time for Christmas as it was a Christmas present. I didn’t. I had to follow up several times. Then when they let me know that I wouldn’t have it by Christmas it was too late as I needed the gift to bring away with me for Christmas. They emailed me to say I wouldn’t have it and did I want to choose something else. I said no that evening and still received a phonecall asking me the same question the following day.
Super speedy delivery, well packaged and the website is really nice with a wide selection of bike stuff. Always get my bike gear from here
