Hi there -just want to feed back my experience with buying online from EZLiving -we bought a kitchen table from your website and got put through on the phone to a girl called Izabela in the Airside store. Izabela could not have been nicer or more patient or more thorough -what a fabulous employee. The table was delivered exactly on time as promised and the chaps that delivered it were polite and helpful-and finally the table was better than we expected. All in all an excellent experience and would highly recommend doing business with EZLiving. many thanks Suzanne Moore -wexford 🌻

Expressing Dissatisfaction: Regarding Your Delivery Service

I am dissatisfied with the service provided by EZ Living delivery. It appears to be operating in a manner suggestive of a scam. My scheduled delivery of a dining table and console table was on 11 April 2024 between 8 am and 10 am. I got a call at 8:28 am and I missed it as I was in the washroom however, as soon as I was out I called back and it was within 15 minutes. I was informed that the delivery could not be completed because I had missed the initial contact. Subsequently, I contacted customer service and was informed that I would have to pay a steep fee of Euro 59 to reschedule, with the latest available delivery date being 25 April 2024. On the rescheduled delivery date, despite receiving a notification indicating a delivery window between 11 am and 1 pm, I did not receive any communication from EZ Living. After multiple calls to the customer service at 12:15 pm, 1:36 pm, and 1:48 pm, I was assured that the driver would be in touch. This resulted in me being unable to attend work as planned, solely to await the delivery. Finally, at 2:02 pm, over an hour after the stipulated delivery window had passed, I received a call. This experience has left me feeling as though I have been taken advantage of, particularly considering the Euro 59 fee I was charged for a minor delay, contrasted with EZ Living's substantial delay today. I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism demonstrated by EZ Living, and I perceive this situation as indicative of deceptive practices within the company. I respectfully request a refund of the Euro 118 delivery charges incurred, as I believe it is unjust to charge for a service not rendered in a timely and efficient manner by a company of EZ Living's standing. It was only around 3pm that the vehicle reached my premises.

Bought a 2 seater sofa for my kitchen,pricey enough,thought well ill spend extra,i was delighted with it,then i bought a bed,kitchen table and bench,when the table was made up,the bottom half was lopsided,rang back shop ,and james rang me ,and he replaced it, so i got the new table and was horrified to find the man putting card board under the table,wasnt impressed at all,i asked the man to ring james again as the table wasnt right,and hes still ringing me back,that was about 2 months ago,also my lovely sofa,3 nails where coming out of the back of it my husband had to hammer them back in,i will never darken ezi livings doors again,the quality of the stuff is crap,it looks lovely in the windows,but its only dirt,im really disgusted,wouldnt mind if i had paid cheaply for it, i didnt,what a joke

The service was very bad

The service was very bad. We order bed from EZ living , Fonthill The assembly guy left all the garbage in the room . And when we asked him to help us to open and put the mattress on bed he left stating thats not my business.He doesnt even help to put the mattress on bed. As we wanted to test the bed with matress. The 2 screew in side the bed were not fitted / tight. Little Gap in between 2 joints. one of the gate paint got damaged/ chipped.Due to accidentally falling some wooden plank on gates.As its brand new house. It hurts.. Order no. FMOMH102381

The customer care is horrendous.

The customer care is horrendous. Sofa and bench damaged had to bring them to court after a yr of email s and arguement s ..also acussued of threatening behaviour for trying to get my rights applied .. furniture looks good but it's Asian rubbish paided 850 for a bench that material just ripped underneath one of they technical guys argued with me in my home ..staff in shops are nice .but forget about customer service ..does not exist ..I'd never step foot in any of there shops ever again

Excellent customer service from outlet

Rebecca from the Malahide rd outlet was very helpful. There was another young man there that was very courteous. I had ordered a mattress from the swords branch and bought an ottoman bed base from the Malahide outlet a week later. Rebecca organise swift delivery and kept me updated via mobile. Excellent customer service from the Malahide outlet. I believe it’s moving to Ashbourne in a few weeks but I’ll definitely pay shop there again

Five star for incompetence .this is the worsed company I've ever dealt with .. Wouldn't know customer care if it slap them in the face I had to bring them to court ..in the end wouldn't change a sofa delivered with a stain and a dent and broken headrest corner bench seat sank after a little use ..stuff looks good but what lies beneath Asian rubbish ...I was told I was threatening in an email just trying to have my rights applied .. one of there tech guys argued with me in my own home. a year of emails and technicians talking to store manager s .etc .staff in shop a fantastic it's the customer service end that's so bad and the furniture it's self ..I'd never buy anything from them ever again ..be warned I could say more ...but I won't .. there are an awful shower don't know how they get away with it

Diabolical Customer Service

I purchased a Bellissimo Power Corner on November 4th, 2023 from the Blanchardstown store which was delivered April 3rd, 2024. Order No. BOM156014. On arrival the suite was dropped in the garden which got off to a bad start. Once unwrapped I was told there were no fittings to attach the legs on the right-hand side. Upon unwrapping and the movement of the suite with no legs, it has caused damage to the wood flooring. Separately, the legs that were fitted on the left-hand side, one of the legs does not touch the floor.  There is also a large visible snag on the suite.  The delivery drivers left the couch unassembled and not wired up. I emailed a complaint including photographs to customer service to which I received no written response. After numerous stressful phone calls, customer service had the warehouse post screws out to us and told us a technician would call on April 16th to inspect the suite and damage. I then received a call saying they had overbooked, and he would not be able to call out until the 22nd April. For a company who states their most important value is their commitment to providing remarkable customer service, this has certainly been "remarkable". Update: The technician called out on April 15th. I had put the legs on by myself at this stage. He fixed the snag, great job. He said there was no way to fixed the damage to the flooring, only to make it less visible with a wood crayon. He said the leg not touching the floor is only a display leg, it doesn't bear any weight therefore it doesn't need to touch the floor. He placed a felt pad underneath, the leg still does not touch the floor. I am still yet to recieve any email or call back to the complaint email I sent, or hear back from the Blanchardstown store who were going to call me back 2 weeks ago. This seems to be the best unsatisfactory resolution I am going to get from this company.

Went to buy a few accesories for my daughters new room, was aproached and told that I can not bring a troley in (they are parked at the entrance), was told I might damage the furniture,which is a display item for the reason, was so embarrased and had to leave the shop,it is disgracefull,I was expected to leave the troley at the entrance pick up items and cary them to the troley.. will never come back
