The representative was polite and personable but did not solve my issue with not getting the items I wanted because it took over 2 days to answer complaint. The website would not and still will not sign .e in, it goes to renew the subscription although I had 2 boxes left. It didn't allow me a way to sign in. I wanted a purse but they sold out before I got a way to sign in after 2 emails. Not happy and not willing to renew if I only get my choices for 2 boxes.
Have not received a box yet but great customer service despite the weird AI start. Even if Josh is AI h figured out my problem quickly and I’m impressed

I signed up for an annual membership and received the spring box when I signed up. I barely missed the window for annual members for the summer box since the email notification went to my spam. When I reached out just 7 hours after the window closed the representative basically said, they send an email and post on their website, social media accounts and their calendar the customization timeline, check your spam folder for it. I don’t use social media, the message did go to spam and I don’t check their site regularly. It left me out of luck. From looking online at sneak peeks of the box I’m not too thrilled at what might be in a box I didn’t pick. Cocktail shakers, bottle stoppers, other things like that would be disappointing since I have been having a sober home for quite a bit. Other things like skin care, self tanner, etc only works for some. While I liked the idea of a fun box of things I might normally try…this just isn’t it. The retail value on items is high for what the items are.
FFF may have the best customer service of all time. I was pretty bummed when my order came damaged but their customer care team quickly refunded my damaged items. Filing a claim was quick and easy. I just had to take a picture or video of my damaged item(s) and they refunded them almost immediately. Yes it stinks that my candles were unusable BUT having an experience like this with their customer service definitely made me a customer for life. They take care of their customers even after the sale and not everyone can say that elsewhere.
Have had three negative incidents with the company. Your staff is great to help resolve the issue on the phone, but still not resolved regarding the company. It's too easy to throw 10 dollars at the problem and think that it's going to make the customer satisfied with their experience. Have cancelled my membership due to ongoing dissatisfaction with the company.
Been a customer for a while and this was the first time I had an issue but it was resolved so quickly and they promised to get a new item out to me as fast as possible. Received a damaged item. Problem was solved, I haven’t received it yet but I’m confident it will arrive soon.

Twice they have failed to send me the notification to pick my items so I’ve been sent what’s left. To make up for it I get to pick 3 more items from what’s leftover after that…very disappointing.
Not really happy, I decided to try out the fabfitfun box this spring and go the vera Bradley box with it. And it was suppose to be 100$ of vera Bradley and all I got was a lousey vera Bradley notebook. They definitely didn't help me want to keep my subscription cause after this I'm definitely deleting my subscription. Idk why I even bothered giving into all the hype. And what they sent me in replacement of the vera Bradley stuff was stuff I don't and won't use its just rediclous and I feel like I wasted my money 🙁

I ordered 2 Elemis Pro Rose Mist, but said I only had 1 charged. I wanted 2 as I had ordered, but ended with a refund because someone can't read at FFF.
I had an issue with my box never arriving. They were quick to resolve and offered a couple of options to replace the lost box.
My box never arrived and I was shipped a new one, but with new items because the ones I ordered are no longer available. Super sad that I am not getting what I originally asked for. Please research FEDEX.

The extra things I ordered didn’t come in. Every box so far I have been disappointed with and I felt I needed to cancel. Although I didn’t want to, I just was tired of having to send emails telling how disappointed I was . I really looked forward to getting my box and the extra things I ordered. I’m not sure how you can do better unless you make sure you have enough for everybody.
He was helpful, nice, and responded fast. I didn't give 4 stars because of the box. I know we get 4 f boxes a year. But when you look at all your advertisements for FFF, this lady is sitting in the middle of like a hundred items. I got my 5 items I chose and a bonus box for signing up for annual subscription. The bonus was fine. However, I was told when I called a few weeks ago that my spring box would come with a bunch of things I didn't pick along with my 5 items. I am just upset that this didn't happen. I was looking forward to a nice full box of things and I didn't get that. I wonder what my summer box is going to look like since I won't have the bonus I got from signing up in it. Its going to be 5 things and a bunch of paper to stuff it full.
