Delivery, not cooking,and I like some of the meals but not all. I don't like spicy foods or garlic.
The food is made well and with care. So far, I am very satisfied. I hope this continues.
Food quality and portion were ideal. Enjoyed the steak very much.
My delivery order was a day late, which I received an email stating it would be. My order was delivered at 5:34pm and I brought the delivery in when I got home at 7:30pm. I immediately unboxed my order and not only where most of the meals warm the ice packs where all completely melted and on top of each other on one side of the box. On top of that the last two orders I placed I did not get all my meals and was not refunded accurately for the meals I was missing.
Meals arrived on time with routine updates on delivery date/time. Lots of choices for meals.
Meals are ok. Chicken breast meals are better. I’m canceling my subscription
Nutritious and very tasteful food. I appreciate it being delivered at your stated time.
Deliveries on time. Some meals are a lot better than others, but overall they are good. Convenience of being able to heat up a meal and not have to cook!

I chose "counting calories" category, and they always have such a great list of meals to choose from; they are delicious, just the right amount to satisfy hunger. I am definitely continuing to order from them.
All of the food is delicious and tastes fresh. Wonderful not to have to go to the store and shop or cook. Food delivered right to my door when promised.
The food is delicious! I like that it’s not salty. There are many choices and the portions are just right.
Ordered the sage pork chops and BBQ chicken breasts this week. My teenagers were not fans of either meal.

I did not get the mealsI ordered. Instead I received meals I can't eat. I never receive the Wellness shots I order and when I called customer service to see if we could fix it, the lady was rude and said she would cancel my account.
I like some of the food, some foods are okay, the delivery service that your company uses is so bad because it ALWAYS delivers my box at the wrong unit. Also, the reward system isn’t that great…it’s only “save $10 on your next add-on”. Not good enough. Your customer service agents are good and attentive, they do great.
Gel packs inside the box exploded. The meals were not cold at all and covered with that gel stuff. Very dissatisfied. This is not the first time this has happened.
New at this and didn't understand about ordering before first box arrived so I didn't choose what was sent. As I have some food intolerances this caused some difficulties. Now that I'm aware of how it works, it is working better for me. I like the fact that the meals are very healthy and organic.
