Really bad experience. Bought a swimsuit from bali and the colours of the wet costumer went directly into the bed sheets. I dont recommand anyone this company. Paying app 120 pounds it’s disspointing, at least.

Unfortunately, my experience with FAE has been extremely costly and disappointing. I purchased two sets of swimwear from them. One set was fine, but the "Ivory" set, I wore in the water for 15 minutes, and straightaway, myself and others noticed the yellowing of the fabric and a very dirty appearance when the fabric is wet. It looked terrible. I would not wear them again, as everyone else noticed their poor appearance of them when wet. I notified FAE via email, to which their response was extremely disappointing. They informed me that due to the product being worn, they cannot accept or exchange it (for another colour), as this is what I requested. They offered me a 30% discount on a new purchase. So that would be an extra $129.50 on top of the original $185.00 spent to replace the discoloured swimwear. Not exactly a fair trade. I understand the return/exchange policy as it has been worn. But how was I to know that the swimwear would discolour and have a dirty appearance in the water, without wearing it into the water? So all in all, their product is falsely advertised, and when I tried to address this on email with them, realistically, I purchased swimwear for $185.00 AUD that I have worn once, and will now throw in the bin. A dishonest product and service sadly.

Absolutely love my new purchase from Fae. I ordered the Honey Verde & Birdie Verde and they are amazing quality and the colour is perfect. I will definitely be ordering more styles from here 🙂
Obsessed with this brand. Every pieces is so stunning. I own about 15 FAE bikinis but my favourite set is the Gypsy top and Jones bottoms. I have it in guava and espresso.
They still haven’t shipped my swimwear it’s been two weeks and they don’t respond to emails.

I purchased four bikinis from this company, two light colors and two dark colors. For one thing, the quality was not great but they looked cute so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When it came time to wash, I separated them out (as one does) to soak in cold water in the sink after the first time wearing them. I also followed their specific wash instructions, so I was sure it was fine. The colors bled horribly, ruining one bikini. I reached out to clarify as I was super confused and had NEVER had this happen with swimwear before. The rep, Tallara, was sooo petty and rude I couldn’t believe it. Never have I had such mean girl customer service. She blamed it on me and found every excuse under the sun DESPITE ME FOLLOWING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. I was literally told to buy another color?? $400 on bikinis and I will never ever buy from this brand again. I ended up wearing the other colors a few times, hand washed them in the sink, and the underwire popped out from one of the tops after maybe three wears. Please spend money literally anywhere else. Update: they had me reach out to them and instead of apologizing for how unnecessarily rude they were and believing my experience they made excuses and continued to find ways to blame me while pushing me to spend more $$ on their products. 0/5 stars Update: to put their reply in context, I followed their washing instructions exactly. Such bad business practice.

I ordered a bikini on the 22nd of December and the suburb of the address processed incorrectly. I have tried countless times to get a hold of their customer service team. Their email is invalid, they won’t respond to DMs on Instagram, they won’t respond on Facebook but will gladly take my money. Please do not buy from here.
My favourite bikinis!! but also the customer service is amazing! they always reply fast and even gave me once a discount-refund after I’ve already ordered (because I saw the discount only after I already ordered). Super fast delievery...arrived in 4 days from australia to switzerland. I order every year at least once!
Really poor quality. I bought two pieces and they have already started to rust after 3 months! All the threading is coming out and there is no elastic or stretch in the bottoms. They are so nicely designed so if they were better quality it would've been so much better value for money..
I purchased a Fae swimsuit years ago and it was amazing. The material was so soft and supportive, I got so many compliments- and definitely sent them a lot of customers! The bikini lasted me a couple of years, even travelling a lot, which blew me away. But, they became super popular and the quality and durability has dropped significantly. Apparently they still use econyl, but it feels very different to my original bikini- it's rougher to the touch and less elasticated. It doesn't sit as comfortably or nicely. The colour bled a little from the top, and by the time I sent it back they were out of my size and had no plans of getting a matching top back in, so now I just have a random bikini bottom and no matching top. Stock seems to be an ongoing issue for them, I waited months for a matching bikini SET to be in stock. I wish I had bought a few the first time I purchased years ago, but I won't be buying again. Sorry Fae, I loved the business, the quality and the cuts were so amazing! And loved supporting an Australian small business, but it's not the same as it was.
Pre ordered a bag in July and its coming up to almost a year. What a joke. Sont buy from them. Still haven't been able to get a hold of any one for a refund!
