The website is accessible and easy to navigate. Great selection of whiskey and customer service was very good. The guys were very accommodating and helpful. This not the first time I have orders from Fairley’s and it won’t be the last.

I have ordered wine from Faileys a few times now and have found their service to be excellent. My last order took under 24 hours from ordering to delivery, also they have been very helpfull when I have contacted them asking for information about a particular wine. Huge range of whiskies at Fairley’s. Paul and Mark both really knowledgeable and can help you make the right choice of bottle for whatever occasion. Choice of wines and beer is fantastic too and all at competitive prices. Much rather support a local business and get the personal touch.

Excellent service ordered online and picked up hassle free also looked for some help on another wine when I arrived the gentleman was excellent got me sorted with what I was looking for.
Paul in the Brook street store greeted me warmly and was friendly right from the beginning. Ordering was fast and straightforward on the site with a prompt pick up allocated. Paul was also very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the drink’s industry. I was in a hurry that day and hadn’t much time to look around the store but they had a massive selection of products.
