I appreciated the detail of care that Farfetch put into choosing an item with a high standard quality product, I mean from packaging of the item to product fidelity as you see in the description. Now I can trust blindly in Farfetch. Highly recommended.
Absolute Katastrophe! Im März die Ware retourniert und bis heute kein Geld erhalten! Ich bin stink sauer, vor allem weil auch nach dreimaliger Kontaktaufnahme nur schäbige Screenshots geschickt wurden, dass es im System ja scheinbar freigegeben worden wäre. Laut Farfetch also nicht ihr Problem, dass das Geld bei mir nicht ankommt - meine Bank solle ich kontaktieren. Die meinte, dass kein Zahlungseingang vorliegt und es in Farfetch’s Verantwortungsbereich liegt, nachzuprüfen, ob das Geld auch erfolgreich an das richtige Konto überwiesen wurde! Das Geld also faktisch raus ging! Mir wurde angeraten die Polizei einzuschalten - besten Dank auch! Und das bei einem premium retailer!
Ich habe die furla gum leather boots am 18.12.23 retourniert. Am 22.12.23 wurden sie via DHL Express in Turin entgegen genommen. Bis heute habe ich nichts gehört und natürlich auch keine Rückerstattung bzw. Gutschrift erhalten. Auch Klarna konnte offensichtlich mein Problem nicht lösen. Der Betrag beläuft sich auf 236€
Extremely shady and fraudulent business practices here. Farfetch uses hundreds of third party vendors that can send out defective and damaged merchandise and then completely fail to provide refund because they are beholden to these vendors, NOT the customer. Expensive merchandise should not become unstitched within 30 minutes of wearing. And if it does, own the mistake and look out for the customer, not the vendor. I will never use this company again.
Your partner boutique is being dishonest. This is essentially stealing from people. They sent me a damaged product which I am sure that you KNOW because of the timeline of when I received the order and sent you pictures of the holes in the fabric. Even if I had worn it for the entire week that I had it AND washed it, a "good quality" product should not develop a hole. I will never shop with your company again and I wil make sure to tell everyone I know to watch out for your poor business practices.

Very negative experience, your site does not protect the customer. I purchased a pair of shoes that did not conform to my taste and I returned them in exactly the same condition in which they arrived. Your partner and customer service itself claims that the shoes were used by me and returned without tag, send me only partial photos. I am a correct person, I didn't use the shoes, I returned them as they arrived. This is a fraud! I don't want anything to do with Farfetch.
Everything came that I ordered but my 9 year old bathing suit fit small I got her a size for a 12 year old and it’s fitting small on her.
Super soweit. Nur schade das beim Versand keine Originalen Karton oder Verpackung wie z.B von Gucci dabei ist. Taschen werden nur im Stoffsack geliefert. Wenn man direkt bei Gucci Bestellt für den gleichen Preis, ist der Versand kostenlos und ein Karton dabei

My order was incredibly packed, it’s the first tome when the order comes like that: in the courier box was another box with a ribbon, after i opened it was my shoes box packed in a silk foil and a thank you note. 5 stars for this costumer service ❤️
