The store is set in the truly lovely part of Covent Garden and the member of staff who saw to my query was extremely pleasant and professional. I love the lovely designs and the cases and also the travel cases for upto 4 additional pairs of sunglasses is really attractive, as l have lots of pairs!!! I recently ordered a pair of For Art’s Sake glasses from the Saks Fifth Avenue website after my previous pair broke. However, when the order arrived, it didn’t have any protective cases. After reaching out to the For Art’s Sake team about what have happened, they replied the next day, assuring me that all their glasses should come with a full set of cases. To my surprise, they generously offered to send me a full case free of charge, only asking me to cover the shipping costs from London. Their professionalism and willingness to assist, even though I didn’t purchase directly from them and it was the fault of another retailer, truly impressed me.
