I will NEVER order from this company again. I placed an order well well over one month ago. Soon it will be 2. I still have yet to receive my 2 pairs of glasses. I sent two emails to customer service and no one has replied or reached out to help me. At this point, I don’t want the glasses. They can keep them. I just want my money back. I’m am filing a complaint with the BBB. This is unacceptable.

The package arrived late The US custom required more documentation before release. My question is that is this the first time Fashion Eyewear has sent a package to US? They should know and resolve all problems before sending the carrier. However the glass frame looks great and this is what I wanted.

I ordered sunglasses from this site 18.04 And after I received email that they will be send them till 13 June. I wanna canceled my order and my money back!!!! Waiting almost 2 months for sunglasses it’s really weird. And guess what, no one answer to me. No respond, nothing…. My ORDER #158532

I placed an order on the 13th of April and I still haven’t received my eyeglasses. I also sent them an email as still stating issue me a refund no response. I will never order from this site again

I've been purchasing from Fashion Eyewear for many years. I've kept some and returned some frames from them. Overall I have been happy and will continue to use them for future purchases. PROS: Good search filter, stock availability shown, good prices, quick delivery, items come with case and cloth, UK based so no customs tax risk, quick email replies. CONS: Lens dimensions not always shown, no free delivery, no free returns, 14 day returns (some companies offer 30 days), refunds take a full 14 working days to receive.
