This was a no show for us- as in the voucher didn’t turn up in time for the gift to be given, they did sort a refund but I wouldn’t use again
The gift did not arrive despite the site saying dispatched. I emailed Find Me a Gift and they resolved it quickly and arranged for the gift to be sent to my new address. Gift arrives today and my husband loves it
From placing my order just a few days and i received it. Brilliant service as usual. Never been let down. I ordered the 70 figure so guests can leave messages on it, cant get any more personal. Love the gift.

The booking process and instructions were easy to follow and successful. I was disappointed as there was only 1 cream tea venue in my area and I would not return to this venue again, it was not good value and the service poor but thankfully I had good company so the afternoon was not entirely wasted.

My experience has been extremely poor. I was made to understand the use of the words 'shipped' on your website means something that's not consistent to normal parlance. Your website also doesn't share tracking number to track product delivery. Unfortunately the product has either been stolen or lost as we've had some cases of such in my building. I can't find the product as I figured 'shipped' to mean it was just shipped on said day from the manufacturers and as indicated on your website delivery is 2-5 working days. I waited since the 14th for delivery only to find out today (25th March) from you guys after sharing the Royal mail tracking number of product that it has been delivered on said 14th. It's a shame. The reason I ordered the product is in a few days and simple communication couldn't be done with customer. How can I know when, where it delivered if I don't have the tracking number of the product? I'm annoyed with your service sincerely.

I loved the choice "Find me a gift had". I liked the ease in making a purchase. I didn't like the fact that I purchased the gift on 19/03, with no option of a faster delivery, hoping it would be delivered by Friday 22/03. It wasn't and I am unable to track the item to see where it is and when it will arrive. I would definitely recommend your company, but would like better tracking and faster delivery options.

A great present. This was a wonderful find and an unusual gift, the recepient is going to love it for their birthday. The whole process from ordering to delivery was so quick and easy.

Unfortunately the product was poor quality and has had to be returned . I will order it again hopefully getting a better quality product.
