Ordered my items 6 days ago and only now have they processed my order when I have a match on the 7th day very slow considering they say “3 to 5 days delivery” paying money for a delivery that doesn’t even come on time is ridiculous

Wrong and misleading description of the item, plus one of the photos that are in the ad is wrong. I ordered what I believed was advertised, but when it arrived it was wrong. I contacted the company about this and they offered a refund and this is why 2 stars as mistakes happen but I wasn't impressed being such a large company. Will I buy from here again.....not too sure.
Absolutely waste of time and money! They send me all my order wrong because was out of stock and send me what they have in stock without asking.
As a new customer l had a 10% discount on the first order. Ordered line not including the discount voucher. Phoned and queried. Company cancelled my order, refunded and suggested l order again using the voucher. Very pleased with the service and l did not have to wait, listening to music before someone answered my call.
