Great website and very extensive list of products to browse and purchase. The website is very easy to navigate and it only took me a few minutes to find what I was looking for. Delivery was not what I expected - I had to purchase within an hour - which I did - in order to get same day dispatch. However, the dispatch was two days later than expected - this is not anything to do with the company though. I would 100% recommend this website to anyone wishing to buy one of the many products on offer.

Ordered a flight suit which was slightly too small, the Flightstore team were extremely helpful and friendly when exchanging the item and offering advice when I purchased a kneeboard. Very good service from flightstore. I bought an Alpha Industries CWU jacket in a medium. As it's the oversize style it was too big and I needed to change to a small but no problem with flightstore who did the refund expeditiously. I'm happy with the small which fits perfectly. I guess it's personal taste on how you want something to fit but I'm more than happy with the small size. 5"8 - 12.8 stone. 41 inch chest. A comfortable snug fit with enough room for a medium weight jumper or sweatshirt.
