I placed 2 separate orders with FW Direct for 12mm Karma Soundlay insulation matting. I ordered around £500 worth which arrived 2-3 days later and used this to reduced footfall and vocal noise in a bedroom where there was no insulation between the joists and I didn't want to lift the whole floor. It worked so well I went back and bought another 26sqm worth for the back bedrooms where I was lifting the floor and replacing the underlay. It was worked a treat. I dealt with Josh who was great and informative. I basically worked out this is a better product with more mass than all of the other firms 15mm products. Easy to fit. Lifting 34 sheets up the stairs is a decent workout too. Thanks.
