Sent Birthday Buzz to a good friend and neighbour, when I saw what was delivered I was disappointed with the card . It only had one Orchid bloom, not three like in the picture and looked very sparse. Will think twice about using Flowercard again.

The flower card was received by the recipient very quickly. I didn’t see it but she seemed pleased (under the circumstances as it was a sympathy card) I would have appreciated knowing it had been delivered but the recipient rang so I could confirm it had been. It was a really good service and I would definitely use them again with absolutely no hesitation.

Some of the flowers were wilted on arrival, I contacted customer service who sent a new set out right away. Allow customer service were great my friend and I feel that this card with flowers in was not good value for money.
Each time I've made a purchase they've arrived on time and the receiver is extremely satisfied.Looking at the photos they are exactly like the pictures and last a long time.Have made a lot of surprises for special people.Thankyou.
